On my roadtrip from Portugal, this was the best hotel on the way and can't believe, even the cheapest. the biggest room, spacious, great location, modern. Everything. Staff friendly and accommodating. I loved this hotel. And my dog too. I had to stop him from zooming around the room because he finally had space to walk. Even the microwaved pizza as a snack is much better than in Portugal/Spain that I got as "Italian" and "fresh" and got sick from. :D Rooms were quiet that my dog wasnt constantly on alert as he always is in a new place.

Not anything related to the hotel. Just some drunk weird people on the street in the daylight.

Front Desk Staff were friendly and helpful

front desk staff but forgot to provide wifi password at check in, kack of dedicated parking for hotel guests- there was. fest we had to walk 15 minutes to get to the hotel and kitchen staff were rude we checked in late in the evening and barely made breakfast the staff talked about us because we were late one was a lady with short hair and tattoos she said maybe we should clean the place.. i find that lack of empathy and understanding very disturbing she say good morning us the hext morning but the comments were unnecessary

Nice location not too far from a walk to the center of the town and the hotel is quiet at nighttime. Swimming pool near the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and breakfast was limited but nice.

No kettle in the room, which is a first for me. The view from the window was of a backyard. The room was also very warm at night time. The TV stations were all in German (granted were in Germany) but could not find CNN or Sky news which are usually in English and fairly common in lots of countries.

Modern, efficient, friendly

Bicycle parking outside the building was insecure. The bicycle parking should be INSIDE the building and under constant lock and key. The current arrangement had bikes on view to the public with a fence that is only locked after 10pm. The fence could be climbed over and hence was not secure.

I would say the breakfast was quite excellent as well as the quality of the room. Everything is just perfect.

I would have expected a small chocolate instead of the coupon as a reward for the avoided cleaning of the room. (My colleagues thought the same. :))

the rooms were really big and spacious and the staff are fantastic!!!

the food options in the evening are limited but it didn’t matter because they staff are so nice and the rooms are so comfortable that you’d forgive/forget any shortcomings.

Very good breakfast with fantastic bread from the local bakery. Large and clean rooms are perfect for longer stays.

There is nothing I didn't like, but maybe some things could be improved, e.g. providing coffee/tea makers in the rooms.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Stephy made us feel at home and loved giving our dog treats. We really enjoyed our stay.

The pet cleaning fee can be excessive if you’re staying for extended periods like my wife and I. €10 per day is not bad if it’s one or two days but we didn’t really see much of a difference when cleaning.

Spacious, tastefully decorated and furnished room, modern bathroom, very good breakfast, quiet location just ten minutes' walk from the centre. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bread rolls at breakfast were not of the usual high German standard.

The breakfast should be more diversified. I can understand during the pandemic time, it is not easy to prepare so many options. But now a days there should be option like more vegetarian or vegan stuffs and fish stuffs like salmon slice. Eggs, bacon, muesli are quite common in the breakfast menus which were present there.
