9.5/10 Loved the place close to everything, the people at the reception were super friendly also the gatekeeper is cool very helpful i hope he's doing well and the carry bag driver was kind enough to help us drive through the area.. Would 10/10 it but we had some random power outage in 1 of the 3 days soo nothing to worry it was seconds, the buffet is excellent! They gave us extra towels and pillows for free. Im coming here again when i visit Georgia for sure.. feels at home, its very welcoming.

Excellent Location, Polite staff, Very tasty and various breakfast, Enough Recycle bins inside hotel territory, Clean and Quiet Park Area, Many play ground for kids, I have stayed in Tbilisi in many hotels, but this one i chosed many times because of its service quality and taking care of guests. especially i would like to thank breakfast staff which are very polite. They have opened outside sitting Terrace with a Nice Cakes, Drinks, Coffee, Cocktails, Hookah. Lets Speak about coffee because for me its very import thing for my stay, Breakfast Coffee is EXCELENT!! Morning coffee Must be like that! Staff gave me a space for meeting and zoom calls in conference Room in just 2 seconds after my request to help me!

Room size but thats fine.

In my opinion, the location is the biggest advantage of the hotel, as you have easy access to Marjanishvili station. It's also quite close to the center and should take approximately 15-20 minutes on foot. The staff was helpful and nice, however they spoke little English. Breakfasts were good, but the dinning area had no windows and was dark.

The door of the shower wasn't working properly and every time I took a shower large amount of water would get on the floor, which caused so much inconvenience. While the room was spacious, the window was rather small and I had to leave the lighting turned on even during the day.

Wonderful staff, Marika was very kind and assisted us with everything we needed for the baby. Cleaning people were flexible and cleaned when we went out. Hotel has a ramp and an elevator.

It is a bit hard to walk to the hotel with a stroller as it doesn't have a paved path. It is only about 50 meters though.

The room is small but very cozy, clean and has everything you need to relax. They have also nice lobby where it’s possible to sit and work, or just chill. Breakfast was really good, with a variety of food for everyone! I loved my stay there, and will be back for sure. The staff is amazing, they helped me with the luggage by bringing their small car, they were very friendly and caring, I felt like home! oh, also there is a great small cafe Slink just nearby, in the park, they have also good food and coffee, and it’s super cozy there in the evenings with a glass of wine. Perfect location!

It’s not major issue, but small detail: when the cleaning ladies go to clean the rooms, they can be loud in the hall, so I could hear everything in my room, but it’s really not a big deal, they move fast and you can always ask them to be quieter.

Really enjoyed our stay at UPH after a week of staying in smaller guest houses. We loved being in the park, lots of quirky things to see and corners to explore. The bar in the lobby was nice and we had a drink in the tiny beer garden. Room was simple but well designed. We stayed in the family/triple room and it was no trouble to pay $15 pn for an extra bed (better if it were free of course). Breakfast was good, they did cook omelette on request. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in the CBD part of town. We'd already stayed in the old town so that was fine, we walked back to the old town once for sulphur baths and it didn't take more than 30 mins (that with stops and some of our legs being short). The noise on Friday night didn't bother us but there are a lit of stray (friendlyish) dogs in the park and their barking woke us very very early both mornings. Maybe the back of the hotel would be better. Not sure why they're advertising free entry to the park when it's free for everyone. Overall had a great stay though and would recommend.

I loved the location - It was in the middle of a very nice park, and 5-10 minutes on foot to the metro station. The breakfast was also great. The staff was helpful and nice.

It was a bit disappointing that I didn't have towels the first time I came to the room. They brought some later. Also, in the amenities, it says that the hotel offers a fitness centre - however, the one is outside the building (in the very same park) and it's paid (even though it was discounted).

The hotel is located in the park, so there is a feeling that you are in some kind of resort as well. The rooms have everything you need also the staff is very friendly💛The location is great, as there are a lot of coffee shops and so on. Also it’s great place to stay and work remotely as you can work on the terrace or in the lobby, everything is really comfortable there

You can hear people talking from the next room. I think the hotel can do something to improve this

The location is really good, walking distance to any place, modern and old-style areas – everything can be found in 5 minutes walk. Good breakfast. I can recommend to stay. There are modern co-working and gym in the same park (but not the part of the hotel and for extra fee).

No soundproofing. It's Ok if your neighbors are quiet, but it is not always like that :-( The table is too narrow and the chair is too low (relative to the table) – if you plan to spend significant time working with a computer, it will be not very comfortable.

The breakfast is a very good buffet. There is a variety of sweets and salty food. Absolutely a big plus (and until 11am). The towels were changed everyday. And the room was cleaned and tidied every day. The reception could offer some information about tours. The location is not very central, as a tourist, but good you pretend to visit other areas of the city. There are several buses and metro nearby. The beds are comfy.

The sound isolation between rooms and corridor could be better. If all the guests behave, there is absolutely no problem.
