I had a very nice stay at Balanchine. The property was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere. My room was spacious and well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, cafes, and transport.

I particularly liked the terrace on upper floor with a great view over Kutaisi. I sat there inside with a beer - even when it was storming and raining - and outside with a coffee and to have a chat with Luka, the young man working in the hotel and doing a great job!

Nothing particular. I would have been happy to take breakfast from the hotel, but the young man working at the reception gave advice to go to a close-by "family" shop, get some khachapuri or lobiani there, take it back to the hotel and enjoy it on the terrace with a coffee.

Good value for the money, very good location, nice, clean, nice rooftop.

You cannot fully open the window on the 1st floor, a bed a little too soft (personal preference)

I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share some feedback regarding my experience. While the hotel is small, it is located in a lovely and peaceful area, conveniently close to the city center, which I truly appreciated. However, I did encounter some issues that impacted my stay. Unfortunately, neither the toilet nor the shower in the bathroom were functioning properly. No water was coming out of the showerhead, and it was leaking from the sides instead. After a six-hour flight, not being able to use the bathroom comfortably was quite disappointing. I believe the shower requires a full replacement to ensure a better experience for future guests. Additionally, there were no slippers or bottled water provided in the room, which are usually expected amenities. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future visitors.
