"The seaview from the hotel was stunning! During our stay at Villa Azur in Nice, my wife and I unfortunately experienced a pickpocket incident at a nearby train station which left us without any credit cards or cash. However, Nadiya, a receptionist at the hotel, went above and beyond to assist us in this difficult time. She immediately called the police on our behalf and generously lent us some money to get by. We will always be grateful for Nadiya's kindness and generosity during this trying experience. Our stay at Villa Azur was made memorable by her exceptional service."

You would see an amazing view from the moment you open your eyes in the morning and till the end of the day. The hotel located right on the beach and you would have a great stay any time of the year. The personnel cares a lot about guests and helped with all the questions we had.

Our stay was wonderful, you couldn't be closer to the sea. The location is calm and the view is pretty nice. Villa Azur is located between Antibes and Nice, therefore, you can easily visit these famous French Riviera cities if you have a car. Bonuses : Their bed is comfortable and large, also waves sound is so relaxing !

this hotel has the best location , best restaurant, best hospitality, best view ever !! i was welcomed in a very nice way .. the staff was always replaying with a smile and a good manner , they helped with everything they could . room was always cleaned and stain less . i had the big room facing the ocean , was really fantastic waking up to the sound of the sea . i believe that this hotel is ideal for people on a road trip , they have got a private parking plus they are in the middle of both Cannes and Monaco , around 30 minutes away from both . the area is silent at night you can only hear the waves on the sea shore . i was so delighted to have chosen this hotel . and would like to thank all the staff beginning from the lady that welcomed us at the front desk to the lady that served the breakfast to the guy that stays over night at the front desk thank you very much .

The room on the beach, a sea view room where you actually stay on the beach. The hotel is very nice, clean. Helpful staff. The restaurant was closed on Sunday but we enjoyed a restaurant which was recommended (La Cabane - 1 min walk). Great food, nice cocktails. Reservation might be required as it seems to be very popular.

After reading previous reviews about the hospitality of the staff , I was skeptical , but to be fair and honest , the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful with all the requests that we had . The rooms were very clean , all bathroom amnesties were OCCITANE , the bathrooms were very clean , the room was large enough compared to other places I’ve been to . I don’t know what people expect from a breakfast , but the selection was extensive enough for a balanced and filling breakfast . The access to the pebble beach was right on the property . ( yes it is a pebble beach but that’s the whole area in this part , so it had a charm . The hotel also had a beach chair private side for those looking to suntan and relax for the day . The hotel might be of old construction , but it was well maintained , it’s important to be fair in our reviews for others to have a correct idea of the place . No place is perfect but the good exceeds the bad in this location . They also provide you with beach towels which was great . And they have a free private parking and that’s so important in this area . Their front beach view rooms are really front beach , without a street separating the rooms from the beach !

The following is not a reason to mark down this place , but just one thing we thought was needed is a change of carpet ( but it was very clean ) - it’s just my personal liking because I don’t like carpets in rooms . We also wished we had a front beach view , but we booked last minutes and we knew it wasn’t a beach front . The back rooms doesn’t block the sound 100 % and is facing the back building but it’s really not that bad , the sound is very minimal .
