Hôtel In Situ

This is my very favorite hotel! I loved the decor, very contemporary, the artwork, the outdoor tables for breakfast, the blackout blinds for a good sleep, the lights that lit up around each door when we got off the elevator...All the design elements were considered and one didn't need to be an electrical engineer to control all the light switches and individual thermostats. The breakfast was perfect: the coffee machine that made a variety of coffees, freshly squeezed orange juice , the must have croissants and huge variety of breads and cereals all displayed in a very artistic way.

The only thing that I didn't love was the 15-20 minute uphill walk to the Old Town.....Alas!

The property was very clean and functional A beautiful original building with a pleasant pool and breakfast/ bar area complimentary lemon juice for guests to help themselves to whilst at the pool Great location for exploring The staff we had contact with were very nice and helpful .

The hotel has been renovated the rooms are very modern and have a very corporate feel . The room we had was very small had it not had a balcony we would have had to move . It definitely lacks character which is such a shame as it’s a beautiful building The area beside the pool needs attention it’s a bit shabby where the old sculpture once was . We had breakfast on the first day it was very expensive for what it was .

Perfection, simple as that. From the welcome to the farewell nothing was ever out of the question and everything was of the highest standard. If it was possible we would have extended our stay. This is a hidden gem in the middle of a very old city.

Whilst the area surrounding the property is somewhat rough-and-ready, at no time did we ever feel uncomfortable unwelcome or under threat, and we love our midnight walks. Sometimes you get to see things you would normally miss.

The Hotel is clean, contemporary and the staff were very helpful. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom lovely but the toilet is the opposite side of the room , so it’s a trek to wash your hands!

The hotel is ‘designed’ but not by someone practical. The rooms are a bit small but have large comfortable beds however the rest of the furniture is impractical. the bedside tables are tiny and a impractical shape. The chair wont fit under the desk so that you trip up the back legs . There’s very little storage space, difficult for a weeks stay.

Clean, smart interior. Secure garage parking on site. 10 minute walk to historic centre of Beziers. Small outdoor pool. Helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast plentiful choice. Good sized quiet room. Tea/coffee maker. Free bottle of water. Modern bathroom. Robes and slippers. Free Hotel Wifi available.

15€ charge for on site parking. The street (although lots of regeneration/ improvement work in surrounding area) was unattractive, scruffy and dirty in parts. Only enough tea/coffee to make one drink of either. No milk provided. Room service menu limited and expensive.

The hotel is a unique exposition of an artist work from local talents. The infinity pool in the garden gives the whole facility a luxury touch. In combination with the architecture of the reconstructed mansion from 19th century the whole estate gives an impression of a modern fusion of a future and a past. Reception recommended and booked a dinner table on our request in a great restaurant. Breakfast offered several healthy choices - a figue bread was my favorite. A heads-up to motor-bikers: otherwise paid parking is free for motorcycles.

Very clean modern hotel,location ok as short walk(10 mins) into town centre Indoor garage for the car.Breakfast ,standard continental style.very comfy beds My daughter used the gym,sauna and pool,Staff were all lovely. It was perfect for us as we had a car and explored the surrounding area,but was not far to walk to nearby bars/cafes and into the town centre for restaurants,shops etc 9/10

No kettle,tea/coffee in room is the only thing I would say We missed as common in UK

Such a lovely boutique hotel. Everything was so well thought out, from the room layout to the blackout blinds to the art work. The bed was so comfortable that I am still thinking about it! I'd love to stay in the summer and use the pool and gym. It is very well-located and we walked from the hotel into and around the city all weekend. We would definitely come back next time we are in Beziers.

I honestly can't think of a thing

This was our third stay and one of our favourite layover hotels en route to our house in Andalusia. Lovely comfortable rooms, really cool vibe and decor. Contemporary pool. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodated a secure outdoor parking space for our large vehicle and booked a meal for us at Pica Pica which is also great.

Nothing it was great.

We found this a very modern and clean hotel with a swimming pool and secure onsite parking. It’s location meant central Béziers was within easy walking distance. The staff were very courteous and helpful and recommended two excellent restaurants in Béziers. On the first night they even made the reservations for us. Breakfasts were of excellent quality and it was nice to enjoy breakfast on the terrace near the swimming pool. We will definitely use this hotel again if we revisit Béziers.

The additional costs of breakfasts and parking were a not inconsiderable part of the overall cost of our stay.
