Hotel is located outside the center of the city and next to the road. We stopped here just for sleepover as it was middle point of the route, so it’s location was a great plus since we did not have to wonder around the city. Also, since we travelled with pets we needed place where multiple pets are allowed. Additionally - we booked suite and it was one of THE BEST decisions we made! It was super spacious. We felt super comfortable with all our pets!

The locationof the hotel is key to its success. It is located in the suburbs just off the motorway and very close to the tram line C. The journey by frequent tram to the centre takes about 20minutes and costs13Euros for 10 trips. It has to be the most comfortable ,green and economic way to explore Bordeaux. The hotel is surprisingly ,quiet and modern, well used for courses and conferences with adequate secure parking.

Very little to complain about, it was simple , efficient and transparent.

Excellent breakfast, quality and fresh products, there was even a vending machine for the state of fresh oranges and selected tea.

The air conditioning could not be turned off (only central control), and unfortunately there was not even a sensor in the room to turn it off if the windows were opened (which is not very economical or environmentally friendly).

The hotel is very easy to find and very convenient being right next to the Bordeaux ring road. The room was plenty spacious enough for us and the 2 dogs ,bed very comfortable. In spite of the covid situation the menu choice was very good for the evening meal, and it was tasty. Good choice for breakfast too. The little extra table in the room was very useful when eating our meals . the extra parking area at the back of the hotel was good for walking the dogs. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

Room very comfortable, as was the bed. Breakfast very good, quite limited choice but what was there was well done, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice. For that simple quality point, we would deliberately choose this hotel again. The bottle of water in the room was very welcome.

The coffee. Better than most industrial button push machines, but the choice of proper coffee - even if at extra cost; a couple of Nespresso capsules and some heated milk? Probably even profitable! - would be great.

First of all, even we arrived at late night, receptionist welcomed us with a big smile on his face. He was so helpful with our needs. Room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was really delicious, that was the best scrambled eggs I have even eaten and freah orange juice!!!

I like everything about this place.

The extremely helpful and pleasant staff, nothing was too much trouble - we were even provided with a welcome drink, and very nice touch. Evening meal collected to eat in our room (Covid reasons) was superb, as was breakfast. Hotel is clean and has nice boutique ambiance. We would definitely stay here again - easy with the dogs as well. Good nights sleep, great stopover on a trip from Spain back to the UK - recommended

It was a very warm evening and the room was like a greenhouse! It had an A/C unit but apparently they has not been switched over for use to cool? This was the only problem in and otherwise faultless stay - so Ibis, get the A/C sorted and you would have exceptional scores!! -

stayed here en route to Spain. Restaurant was good and dog welcome!! Tall young man in restaurant had time to explain the menu to us!! Great service! it’s so nice to find a staff member gives great advice.

Nice hotel, comfy beds , tasty breakfast included, nice staff , fun decor & very good with our dog!

Rooms are small and air con wasn’t working , window didn’t stay open well either as no latch- fine for us but I imagine in summer this being a problem.

super friendly young staff, breakfast was rich, room was absolutely silent despite facing the motorway, bedding was perfect... i crashed in bed with delight... and parking is fenced and secured ! Perfect for stop when driving via bordeaux. Will stop there again undoubtedly.

Not many things indeed, apart from the soft chestnuts falling from old trees on the car roof during parking at night. A very minor thing amid all the upticks
