The breakfast was superb and the whole place looks very professional, everything clean and tidy. Most of the experience would have passed for a five star hotel.

The greatest shortcoming of this place is the location, it is quite far out in the business-outskirts of Paris and there is no underground or train nearby. There are some buses that I did not manage to experience in the end. The only unpleasant experience within the hotel was that they could not handle a substantial queue of guests checking in or out. That can lead to a lot of queuing before you get in or out (I don't mean all the time, but if you are unlucky).

Check in was organised and very efficient. Good car parking facilities underground Excellent meal in bar after arrival and breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. Good soundproofing in the room

Air conditioning in room was poor and virtually non existent - not good when 34 degrees outside! Seems to be a theme in the hotel as the receptionist in the morning on check out was not surprised as it seemed to be a regular comment Wi-fi was also poor, managed to connect in the bar area but not in the hotel room.

A very nice hotel to stay in on a transport route. 8 minutes through nightmare traffic to get to the Palace by car, whew.

Expensive and outrageous price for a poor breakfast, don't bother. Access not clearly marked, it was easy to drive past the hotel without seeing the entry and having to go a mile around to try again.

Well equiped rooms with all needed facilities. It is modern and comfortable business hotel. I liked the interior and I liked soud isolation. It was completly quiet in my room.

The reception bar is too expensive. We came late and sit down for a drink in a lobby and we were quite negative surprised. A bar acros the street has significat lover prices for a beer.

Room was nice, bed comfortable, great sanitary. Breakfast was fine with nice service and good range of choices. Despite short distance with motorway, the room was very quiet and the air was of good quality.

Coffee could be better. I chose the hotel partly because parking was mentioned, but there is an 11 euros supplement to access the closed parking and few free places around the hotel.

Super clean, really comfortable bed; you can't hear the traffic at all, and it's on a main road; easy to get to by public transport, and easy to get to everywhere; fantastic breakfasts ... everything in your room just feels so luxurious

too little choice of tea and too few decaffeinated coffee ;-) finding the entry arriving by taxi was difficult my room was not yet finished by the cleaning personal in the late afternoon windows could not be opened

I loved everything about it, the cleanliness was amazing!!! they always refilled our waters and little snacks in the room, as well as the towels. exceptional. friendly staff as well

I would suggest adding microwaves in the rooms

Beautiful room, although a little bit smaller then we expected, good bed, neat and clean, breakfast excellent : generous breakfast buffet !!

The Hotel is cozy. Bed was good also for childrens. Breakfast was good / qualitative.

The carpet was not clean (better said it was dirty). Bar was not opened sunday night. Poor mini bar (no wine / beer). When it was full, the breakfast was overloaded and not all the food was accesible / enought. Missing of ventialation in bathroom.
