Lovely staff although couldn't advise of the best way of getting to the airport. Specious apartment. Huge shopping centre right next to the property. Shuttle but to Disneyland and train station 2 min walk from the place. Playground for kids 5 min walk. Lovely aquarium inside the shopping centre

The washing machine in the laundry room was broken and we couldn't wash our clothes although we were advised to go across the road to the other hotel to do it but it was very inconvenient for us as we were not back from Disneyland till 11pm so it was just so late and a lot hassle

Good location for Disneyland visitors to stay, hotel offers free shuttle bus service to Disneyland. Apartment was simple, but clean and very functional kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, cooking stove and everything else you need)

Here is nothing to be amazed about, but this not a bad thing - you get exactly what you expect.

Hotel has 2 elevators near the reception. At 5 April when we have arrived - one of two was broken. A week later at 13 of April , on our checkout the second one broke too. Moving all suitcases down the stairs wasn't a pleasure...

If you are going to Disney and you want a place with space on it, this is the one. It has a kitchen on it, with cutlery which helps a lot. There are separate rooms, with doors, so you can isolate yourself from other rooms. It's close to Disney, and they have a free shuttle to bring you there and back.

I guess something that I can say is that the rooms are not super well maintained, and looks not so clean, the ventilation is a bit noisy.

It's right next to Val d'Europe shopping centre which is huge. There's fantastic range of shops. Great for dinner in evenings after a day in Disneyland. There's a supermarket too so we got food there to bring to Disneyland each day. We walked to and from Disney each day- took 15-20 mins with the kids instead of getting a shuttle bus, as didn't like to be on crowded bus. The walk brought us to side entrance of Disney so no queue getting in which was good. The tgv was only 9 mins from CDG to the train station at Disney - €32 per adult and €17 for children approx. Taxi to airport was about €110 but took an hour. We got apartment that sleeps 7 and was nice for the 5 of us. Internet access was really good. Nice to have the pool too. We didn't get hotel breakfast as bought things in supermarket. There's coffee machine in room.

Location Is amazing...walking distance to disneyland and Val de Europe shopping centre is 2 minutes walk. Pool is good. Staff very friendly and apartments well appointed and a good size.

Convenient for Eurodisney, free shuttle to park. Clean. Somewhere to store cases after check out. Staff helpful.

Did not get a chance to use pool. Should open earlier. Had to keep asking for food and drink to be topped up on breakfast.

Really good location for Disney. Short walk as the shuttle hadn’t started when we wanted to be in the parks. Easy enough route. Room was clean and really well equipped. Comfy bed and plenty of pillows and towels. We found maccies and had Uber eats the 2nd night. Breakfast was basic continental but make your own pancakes were fab. Just enough to get us to lunch time in the parks. We managed to find the train station for our trip into Paris too. We are back again in December with our children and are happy to come back knowing how the hotel is.

It was a little noisy in the room above but I was so tired it didn’t take me long to nod off.

The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Enough space for 4 persons and a lot of luggages. Good storage space for our stuff. The room was heated and the bathroom had always warm water. We also had free towels and soap. The heated pool was also a bonus for us. The hotel is a few metres away from the large commercial centre and approx. 15/20 minutes walk to Disneyland Paris and to the train station. The bus stop for the free shuttle to Disneyland is just 3 minutes walk away from the hotel and the shuttle bus is very frequent.

Nice hotel within walking distance from Disneyland (20 minutes), though I would not like to walk there in the dark. Free shuttle bus stops just across the road. Also close to the entrance of the shopping mall, but the supermarket is pretty much at the opposite end of the mall so you can't carry big weights. Decent price if you consider that everybody who goes there goes for Disneyland, you can't find much for less. Big private and secure parking. Enough tools in the kitchen to cook something for dinner, and they also provide tablets for the dishwasher.

The pool seems a lot bigger in the pictures, but it's ok if you just want to splash around with the kids. The sofa bed was not prepared for the night when we arrived, we had to do it ourselves. The toilet was extremely small and didn't have a sink to wash your hands.
