Lovely staff although couldn't advise of the best way of getting to the airport. Specious apartment. Huge shopping centre right next to the property. Shuttle but to Disneyland and train station 2 min walk from the place. Playground for kids 5 min walk. Lovely aquarium inside the shopping centre

The washing machine in the laundry room was broken and we couldn't wash our clothes although we were advised to go across the road to the other hotel to do it but it was very inconvenient for us as we were not back from Disneyland till 11pm so it was just so late and a lot hassle

Good location for Disneyland visitors to stay, hotel offers free shuttle bus service to Disneyland. Apartment was simple, but clean and very functional kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, cooking stove and everything else you need)

Here is nothing to be amazed about, but this not a bad thing - you get exactly what you expect.

Hotel has 2 elevators near the reception. At 5 April when we have arrived - one of two was broken. A week later at 13 of April , on our checkout the second one broke too. Moving all suitcases down the stairs wasn't a pleasure...

The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Enough space for 4 persons and a lot of luggages. Good storage space for our stuff. The room was heated and the bathroom had always warm water. We also had free towels and soap. The heated pool was also a bonus for us. The hotel is a few metres away from the large commercial centre and approx. 15/20 minutes walk to Disneyland Paris and to the train station. The bus stop for the free shuttle to Disneyland is just 3 minutes walk away from the hotel and the shuttle bus is very frequent.

Location Is amazing...walking distance to disneyland and Val de Europe shopping centre is 2 minutes walk. Pool is good. Staff very friendly and apartments well appointed and a good size.

Apartment was dated and needed a new carpet and paint

Nice hotel within walking distance from Disneyland (20 minutes), though I would not like to walk there in the dark. Free shuttle bus stops just across the road. Also close to the entrance of the shopping mall, but the supermarket is pretty much at the opposite end of the mall so you can't carry big weights. Decent price if you consider that everybody who goes there goes for Disneyland, you can't find much for less. Big private and secure parking. Enough tools in the kitchen to cook something for dinner, and they also provide tablets for the dishwasher.

The pool seems a lot bigger in the pictures, but it's ok if you just want to splash around with the kids. The sofa bed was not prepared for the night when we arrived, we had to do it ourselves. The toilet was extremely small and didn't have a sink to wash your hands.

If you are going to Disney and you want a place with space on it, this is the one. It has a kitchen on it, with cutlery which helps a lot. There are separate rooms, with doors, so you can isolate yourself from other rooms. It's close to Disney, and they have a free shuttle to bring you there and back.

I guess something that I can say is that the rooms are not super well maintained, and looks not so clean, the ventilation is a bit noisy.

Convenient for Eurodisney, free shuttle to park. Clean. Somewhere to store cases after check out. Staff helpful.

Did not get a chance to use pool. Should open earlier. Had to keep asking for food and drink to be topped up on breakfast.

Our 1-bedroom appartmet with kitchenette was well equipped and clean; a little old, but overall OK. 1 double bed in the bedroom and 2 sofa-beds in the living space (4pax), all comfortable. Enough space for 3 adults and 1 child. We stayed 2 nights. We didn't take the breakfast, and we discovered a very nice bakery accross the square in front of the aparthotel (L'Atelier - https://goo.gl/maps/oNMTw43Md81YbJ6G8). Several nice&affordable restaurants nearby (The Interpreter - https://goo.gl/maps/EEYngR7JzmsoNWqR9). No noise at night from surrounding streets. The books&magazines, the games for kids at the lobby and the small swimming pool are definitely an added value. Very short drive to Disneyland by car. We didn't try the shuttle. Staff are nice and helpful. Street parking is available and free, but watch out for Sunday flee/food markets. Enjoy your stay!! :D

TV remote wasn't working... (didn't matter to us)

The apartment was exactly what we needed and what we expected. The kitchen was well equipped, everything we needed to prepare our picnic and thermos for Disney, and the hotel's only a 15 minute walk to the parks so a great location. Parking was easy, 10EUR per day, staff at check in were helpful. The keycard to our room kept failing each time we came back from the park, though the staff at the hotel explained it was something to do with the demagnetisers at the park. It wasn't a big deal. We didn't take the breakfast option so can't comment on that. There is a starbucks coffee machine at the entrance of the website so we gratefully filled up our flasks each morning before heading to the park.

There were details that were worn and needed replacing in the bathroom and the carpet was unbelievably disgusting. We got over that by not taking our shoes off in the apartment. It needs replacing because it's so worn and dirty it can't possibly be made properly clean.
