Hôtel Saint Albert

Loved staying here so much!! Perfect value for money, the receptionists were so helpful at check-in and also when I needed an iron - they went above and beyond. My room was the perfect size, bed really really comfortable, it was cleaned SO well every day and 2 waters in the fridge replaced every day. Just felt very looked after, and a very relaxing, easy-going place to stay. It’s also in the best location near to everything and such a lovely town. Would 100% stay again, thank you :)

When I checked in on my first day you can’t actually enter the building until check in time which I’m not used to but does make sense and someone did come to the door and they stored my bag which was helpful!

This location was superb! We were so pleasantly surprised it was so convenient to the old town which is spectacular. We were able to access our caves with ancient paintings very easily from there also. A perfect hotel in a perfect location!

We had a disabled person with us, so not having an elevator was big mistake. I thought I had put that in the filters but apparently not. It worked out OK but was difficult for him.

This was an unexpected Gem. The whole experience was perfect . Parking opposite the hotel was a great bonus. Waling distance to the town with so many restaurants to choose form we could easily have run out of time. The hotel itslef was lovely with helpful and happy staff. Will definitely return .

The location is great right near main town of Sarlat and we had super evening in the town. The family room had a small refrigerator which was very appreciated. The adjoining rooms worked well. Dog friendly.

Cost was pretty high so we didn't get breakfast on top as that would have been another 48 euros for 4. Went to local boulangerie and ate in the lovely nearby park. Parking tricky in a busy public carpark opposite but at least when you get a space you are close by.

Wonderful hotel right in the centre of Sarlat . Extremely friendly welcoming staff , fabulous accomadation and super breakfast. Sarlat is a beautiful old town with fabulous local shops and an enchanting Christmas market .

Great location, with parking lot opposite of the hotel ( you must pay between 9 am- 7pm) and free parking lot behind the hotel (4 min walk) Nice breakfast. we had a spacious room

Chic, elegant interior; pretty, clean bar area with big doors opening onto the street - good for watching the world go by! Our large room was immaculate with a large double bed plus a "sitting room" containing two single beds, each room with its own TV. The proprietor had totally taken onboard my request for handicapped shower access - the large, clean bathroom was most welcome. Room was double glazed, spacious, airy and very comfortable. Friendly proprietors.

LOVED the hotel: access and parking to Sarlat was hideous. So bad that after three tours of the town to find parking we almost cancelled our stay. All the world appeared to be visiting Sarlat - on a normally calm Monday - yet someone thought it OK to allow a Fun Fair to occupy one large car park AND close another (Thiers) causing mayhem! As someone temporarily handicapped I resented having to hobble twenty minutes back and forth to our car for luggage etc, in pouring rain. There was also no "let up" to strict local parking restrictions - highly unwelcoming. WAKE UP Sarlat Tourism.

Did not have breakfast. The location was great! Just a short walk to the beautiful old town. Just a great hotel. Spacious family room.. a queen bed and two twins…everything so clean…decorated nicely.

The wet room shower leaves a lot to be desired. Water gets everywhere. But this is not the hotel’s fault.

my only minor ding is that there are limited staff who speak English. however everyone was patient, friendly, kind and quick to come to common understanding…part of the adventure!

Very good central location, parking just over the road, clean comfortable with spacious rooms. Shower excellent and fridge with tea/coffee in room very good.
