The room was beautiful, spacious & spotlessly clean. The girl on reception was so helpful & friendly. We were walking the camino francés & she arranged transport to/from Orrison for us without any fuss. It was one of my favourite places I stayed on the camino. Location was perfect a short walking distance from the train station. I had read reviews that there was no access to the hotel during the day but I happy to say this is not the case😀

The customer service at the reception desk was outstanding. I am so sorry I did not get her name. She treated us with kindness and understanding. I was especially pleased that we did get a room with a beautiful view of the countryside. In addition, it is walking distance to the train station and across the street from the lovely village.

The hotel was very central. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable.
I had asked for an early check-in, which it said was granted, but there was no one there to even let us in. The WiFi was only ok. It is a small town, so very little accommodation, which is why they definitely know how to charge.

We liked the size of the room, comfortable beds, and location. Breakfast was so-so but Justine was an excellent hostess. She answered all our questions and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. The restaurant, less than 5-minute walk from the hotel, was good--we had dinner there twice!

Our room was quiet, large and comfortable with a great view. In a very central location with a short walk to the old town, restaurants and bars. Free street parking places seem to be easy to find within 5 minutes walk.
Reception was closed in the afternoon until 3.30pm .

The lady of the hotel was very helpful. Great location.
The fact that we booked but once we arrived it looked like the hotel wss closed. Reception is only open at certain times. Had to go to the bar next door to get help. The guy there rang the hotel manager for us.

Very friendly staff. I arrived on a late train and the owner was waiting for me with the keys. Had some trouble with the TV and called for help. Help arrived within two minutes. I highly recommend this hotel.

The place excellent. It is located in the best spot of the town. Justine excellent hostess and we ate dinner twice in their restaurant and the food really good but the best were the people that work there

Lovely friendly staff and a really comfy bed. Would recommend if you want a really good sleep before heading off on the camino.
Its a bit pricey but fair considering the demand for accommodation in Saint Jean
