Good value. Breakfast was acceptable (unlimited all you can eat continental). Area was okay- an industrial / business park. The food on the menu didn’t look great and there are few restaurants locally. There is a walkway to the nearest bus stop (next to Carrefour) -#68 takes you to CERN where you can change for the #18 tram into Geneva centre. It takes around 30mins. The family room had two fold down single beds. The curtains blocked out all light and the room had air con and we slept well. We stayed at an IBIS ‘styles’ previously but felt this IBIS ‘budget’ was actually better than the ‘luxury’ version.

It was remote. The drive to the motorway was difficult.

Excellent place for the few nights we had! Excellent 24h check-in: we had some delays crossing the national border and we get there almost at midnight, but no problem at all! Very kind people at the reception, everything was correctly set as in the reservation, easy to pay right upon arrival. We were five people and we had two very near rooms. The room and the private bathroom were both more than satisfactory: comfortable, absolutely clean, and extremely silent. Our goal was to visit CERN and the hotel position was perfect! Of course, we just needed to stay two nights, just for sleeping. But we noticed a very friendly environment for breakfast on both mornings, with very polite people sharing tables, chatting, and laughing all together. Overall, an extremely good quality/price ratio!

Actually, we have nothing negative to mention. The only slightly uncomfortable thing is the fact that the third bed in the double room, when lowered from inside the wardrobe that contains it, greatly reduces the space for turning around. However, as I repeat, the solution is optimal for staying a few nights and only for sleeping: it allows for significant savings!

Modern , Clean , good lay-out , Family rooms with 2 Murphy beds for kids, easy access location , plenty of parking , 15 Mins from Geneva Airport.

Breakfast is adequate (Continental with French Bread / Pastries , Cheese , Jam , Fruit, Coffee , but would be hugely improved by the addition of boiled eggs and cold meat, neither of which would break the bank. Entrance/Storage area in room is pretty tight , you have to climb over bags to get in /out , but a minor grumble and expected for the rates you pay.

The hotel is a 15 minute drive from Geneva airport. There are 2 border crossings available. One was closed at 04:00 AM, so we used the other one. We drove 3 minutes more. There's a 24hr receptionist, but we didn't really need to address any issue. The room was exceptionally clean. Two adults and 2 children fit in. There was just barely enough room to open suitcases. It was almost freezing outside, but inside was just right. There was ample hot water, soap, clean towels. The room appears to be brand new. There are convenient long, narrow shelves along the wall, where items can be placed. Staff was very friendly and operated efficiently. The microwave oven in the lobby was very useful.

The room is a bit small for four people with suitcases, but we managed. We've seen smaller tourist accommodations :-)

Ibis seems to have some new and younger staff and its really helping! I've had one time check in took me twenty minutes because some cranky old lady wanted to see ID for both of us and refused to let me pay with my bank card, despite already having 3 stays in the two months before that. Now everything was smooth and quick, with friendly staff, less headaches mean more smiles. Arranging breakfast took mere seconds.

I stay here regularly and staff and location are the primary reason. Super friendly and the location is great for the airport

Seems like the somebody slept in the closet bed. There was lots of short black hair on the pillow case. The night shift guy was unapologetic and with his greasy hands (he was snacking on something) he pulled out a case and handed it over without removing his eyes once from his phone and snack. But that's just one guy. The rest of the staff were sweet, friendly and professional

Both room and bathroom were clean and met our expectations with a mountain view from the window. Kiddos to the night receptionist who was simultaneously handling both the reception area and the kitchen. Don't remember his name but really deserves a pay rise.

Hotel is bit far from city center and there are no buses early morning till 8.30 am from the nearest bus stop, so would recommend any visitor to inquire the transportation facilities at the reception so they could call for a taxi.

Very friendly staff, always Willing to help, like getting a taxi airport at 5:45 am. Hotel is close to bus station going to Tram terminal so within 30-40 minutes you can be in center of Geneve. Few restaurants ans food store really close to hotel. Hotel itself clean and Calm.

Even if I hanged my towels properly in bathroom, they always gave me new ones every day, it was really not needed. Breakfast could be a bit richer but ok :)

Very friendly staff, comfortable bed, cosy space to study at the lobby. Close to CERN and SGP. For the price (considering the location) it's pretty good.

The WiFi connection was really weak at times, making it often impossible to make videocalls, especially in the morning. The corridor had a slight odd odor but I could be unfamiliar with the cleaning products' smell. Also the windows don't have nets to prevent the bugs from coming in (or the spiders..) (then again, I think most houses in the area don't have window nets).

Being in an excellent location from CERN which can be reached by taking the 68 bus or it's about a 20 minute walk. Also, 66 bus is direct from Genève airport and is worth about 5CHF. Make sure you have EU adapters as at ibis you're in France and your Swiss adapters won't work. It's best to have an EU and Swiss adapter if you're travelling between the border.
