Hôtel Paulette Rouen centre NOUVEAU

A very convenient location , new residential area , near the shopping mall , with nice restaurants across the street . Spacious rooms , very clean and comfortable we parked on the street , did not use the hotel parking lot . the tram station is very close by , 2 stops to the city center and the castle

Great location Modern clean, stylish rooms Easy for the beach easy for the town and not too much of a walk to Trouville. Lots of public parking on the road outside and the hotel also have their own underground carpark which has a daily charge. Good breakfast, and they have a little sushi bar. You can sit outside for bar and snack service. I would stay here again.

Be careful of the traffic parking wardens they are very active, needles to say this has nothing to do with the hotel

The staff on reception are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel seems to have been refurbished to a high standard recently. It has a very pleasant atmosphere and is very clean and in good order. The room was not large but perfectly adequate with a comfortable bed, very nice bathroom and good temperature control for the room. Breakfast was good and in a nice room. It was very quiet with no noticeable noise from the street or within the hotel. An excellent situation, just a short walk from the centre and cathedral, the metro and the riverside. My partner and I would happily stay here again and can recommend it.

There isn't a lot of clothes storage, just some hanging space really. So if you like to unpack all your clothes and put them away you might be disappointed.

The hotel is modern and has got in own touch which I really appreciated. It’s located in the heart of the city, yet just off the main streets so it’s both close to all amenities whilst calm and quiet. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Our room was really clean with great attention to detail and the mattress was very comfortable.

There is nothing we didn’t like. I would have given a 10/10 for a kettle and tea / coffee set. That was the only thing missing really.

The hotel is very nice. It is new, everything is sparkling clean and working well. Located within a 15 min of straight walk from the train station and in the heart of the old town yet on a quiet street. The building has elevator and fitted with aids for visually impaired persons. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms have everything for a comfortable stay. Beds are super comfortable. Great breakfast with variety of cheeses, breads, fruits, good coffee. We would stay there again.

Quiet street, tasteful decoration, comfy bed. We slept really well. Very nice bathroom. Really great location just between the river and the cathedral. Easy to get everywhere. Very kind and helpful staff.

Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was lovely to be able to open the windows and have fresh air in the room. The location is ideal for the historic centre of Rouen..quiet and safe.

Interiors are chic and calm

I understood I booked two small rooms for 4 of us. Once, we saw the actual rooms. It is really small. Anyone who books small rooms, be aware of it. There is no space for big luggage’s.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were great, and the breakfast was really good.

Being a city centre property parking is hard. We managed to get into the opera public spaces.

The location was very good. The room was too small for three of us, bathroom privacy very poor, you can see everything thru 'blinded' glass doors. Overall satisfied because of the location, style, friendly staff and very clean room.
