Modern, clean, quiet, comfortable

We arrived early evening on a Saturday, it had just started to rain heavily and we were looking forward to a freshen up, dinner in the restaurant and a drink before bed after a long drive from the UK… when we arrived we were told that the restaurant and bar were closed, they don’t open on a Saturdays apparently… so there was then a rush trying to find somewhere to eat as everywhere nearby was filling up fast … if we had known the restaurant was shut on a Saturday we wouldn’t have booked the hotel… this should be made known

A great hotel for a 1 night stopover on a journey from UK to Spain. really well located, literally 2 mins off the Autoroute, and with very convenient facilities. We arrived later than expected due to Eurotunnel delays but there is a very high quality pizza restaurant literally next door. We had a family room with 3 very comfortable beds - a king size double, a single and a very comfortable fold out 4th bed. Great for a family of 4 (kids 11 & 7yrs). Breakfast was really excellent. Cereal, fruit, pastries, good coffee, plus 2 favourites, the fresh orange squeezing machine and a frozen yoghurt machine. The kids ate so much breakfast we hardly needed a lunch stop! We will look for another Kyriad hotel for the return journey if there is one further north.

Excellent value for money, clean and very spacious rooms, easy to find and perfect stop over, pet friendly, friendly staff . Nice quiet area (stayed on a Sunday when companies around hotel were closed so might be a bit busier during the week). We were able to take our dog for a walk around the hotel as there is a nice path around the business units in the neighbourhood, so that was a plus too x

Location of hotel was near the motorway. The only downside on the Sunday evening when we arrived was that the bar and restaurant was closed. We had had a very hot 7 hour journey and the reception manager on his own opened up the bar for ourselves and others. He was exceptional and we were extremely grateful.

Very convenient hotel, perfect location for the purpose, clean and well maintained, modern, reasonably priced.

A minor point: the staff is overburdened with lengthy and seemingly complicated check-in procedures. Lots of things have to be typed in while all the necessary information is or should be already digitally contained in the guest reservation so the front desk staff should be able to check guests in within seconds. Because it is not the case, guests have to wait in line. This seems unnecessary and it is also uncomfortable in times of Covid. I guess it must also stress staff unnecessarily.

Quick check in process, friendly staff at reception and throughout the hotel. Great value for money and great location for our travel onwards to Spain. We have stayed here on two previous occasions, and will probably stay again on another trip. Thank-you.

Nothing to dislike.

Convenient for motorway stop off. Sell good quality food, simple but ample. Comfy but clean bedrooms, albeit a bit cramped. Got a lift and plenty of parking. Staff very pleasant , helpful, and multilingual.

Nothing at all. For a one nighter going up or down central France its ideal, reasonably priced , very convenient and sells reasonable food. Nothing to dislike at all, end of.

Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable room and good food in the restaurant as well as a more than adequate breakfast. Also, because the hotel is so well situated close to the auto route it is very convenient.

The staff in the restaurant were very busy and as a result service was slow and they were dashing around and were a bit brisk which did not enhance the experience.

Perfect hotel for a stopover with a touch of style. It offers good service and good atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, well insulated and everything works correctly.

5 minutes off the motorway - hotel seems very new and spacious rooms - good value for money for the proce we paid. Lots of parking and there is an area where the car park gates are shut at night if you want it, the other part is open Room was quite large and comfortable

Evening Restaurant was shut at weekends, maybe just temporary because of COVID. There are one or two across and up the road which were good but book ahead/or when you arrive as they are popular
