ibis Styles Reims Centre

Its central position and the staff. I feel a young man, a versatile member of staff, acting as receptionist, parking problem solver and an extra pair of hands during the breakfast rush, truly deserves a special mention. He was reassuring in his advice both before and after our arrival in Reims. He moved his car to allow us to take his place in the hotel’s secure parking which, although very appreciated and rare, is also very limited for spaces. I hope the Ibis Style realises the value of its staff and truly appreciates the efforts of this young man and the whole team.

The colour scheme does not lend itself to relaxation. The room temperature is far too high for a good night’s sleep

good location, a few minutes to the centre, near the channel. Helpful stuff, tasteful breakfast.

We had a room for persons with disability, and it was not convenient. But the second night we changed the room, so everything become good.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was exactly what we expected , not very spacious - but very comfortable and because we spent the night as a stopover it was perfect. Location was also great . An easy walk up to the cathedral, we had supper in town.the on site parking was a win .

Ideal for a stop as we were on the way to Calais. It was close to the centre of Reims and we were able to park on site.

Website stated that the restaurant would be open on the Monday but it was not which may have been due to a national holiday?This should be updated on the website as we had driven for 8 hours that day. Luckily Holiday Inn next door was serving food

This was an amazing place to stay. We were able to walk around Reims with no problem at all and see all its attractions and get to all the wonderful eating places. The staff at Ibis Styles were fantastic with plenty of local advice which was much appreciated. Breakfast was terrific also. Cannot recommend this place enough.

The room I was given had not been cleaned but I was quickly given another room. nice big beds. Bit of a walk to the cathedral but not that far

Breakfast was very busy. Butter was difficult to find. Was in some small glass fridhe together with the small bottles of juice.

The hotel is very centrally located. We could simply walk to the cathedral. Rooms are pleasantly arranged and clean. Personal was friendly. We could park our car in the hotel parking area. Breakfast is OK.

It would be helpful to have a power socket in the bathroom, in case the guests wants to use their own hair dryer.

Location great, minutes away from Norte Dame Cathedral and bustling food & drink area. Clean &Queen of Hearts themed.

Only minor niggle stopping review being 10 all the way is 1 staff member whilst polite, only engaged in essential conversations, didn’t seem interested otherwise. apart from that exceptional 😊

Nice cozy hotel, personnel always polite and helpful. Very nice breakfast with fresh orange juice. Clean room and good price.

Everything was fine

Great located very nearby the Cathedral. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Rooms better than expected, new bathroom, all clean. Breakfast good, all you Need is available. Easy parking right next to the Hotel for very cheap price, 4 Eur 24h. Very comfortable bed.

In principal I liked all. The room was a bit noisy to the street but this is for sure due to the fact I´m very sensitive with noises. My friend didn´t hear anything.
