Hotel Restaurant du Parc

The hotel setting on the river is magical with dining for breakfast inside and lunch and dinner outside. The Staff is very helpful and professional. The rooms are small but have a very good closet and nice bath. The weather was hot and the air-conditioning worked extremely well. The food in the restaurant is excellent and we would highly recommend eating there. The car park is big and secured with a coded gate and is free.

The location in Fontaine-de-Vaucluse was wonderful. The terras where we also had our dinner, was directly at the river. Quality and price were good. Personnel was very kind and helpful. Being in "the neck of the woods", English was not their at best, but so was our French. We got along just fine. No worries. The parking is very good. Private, very roomy and secure. Once you find it (see in "what could be better"). Our room was good. Good working airco. Firm beds. Very nice breakfast, which you can take inside or on the beautiful terrace outside.

Getting to the hotel. Just before the bridge, you need to take an extremely small alley to you right. Once you know it, it's fine. Our navigation did point it out correctly, I just did not believe it. So, trust technology! The village does not offer a lot of entertainement. Nothing to do with the hotel of course. There's a nice old bridge and some water locks. But after 6pm, it's quiet. Just that you know there's not bristling nightlife.

Everything was just perfect. Nice and clean room with very comforable bed. Big window looking to the park. We have not booked a room with view to the river (extra charge) but we were satisfied with our comfort type room. Excellent position in the village with safe and easy parking. Very nice staff. We have not tried the breakfast as we realized in many hotels that since covid the breakfast is much more limited then before. However price is the same. But no problem, there is a great small bakery in the village with excellent pastries. It is a very good hotel , we would stay here with pleasure again. Fontaine de Vaucluse is absolutly worth to visit and even to stay here. In the evening as all the tourists left and also in the morning it was so quiet and enjoyable.

Nothing actually

Location is great, the river running next to hotel is also gorgeous. We had a meal at the restaurant which was fantastic and the staff were amazing. We left our passports at a previous hotel and staff were so helpful in helping us get it posted to us. This is a hidden gem of a hotel

In the center of town, close to attractions and the restaurant is very nice. Dining by the water and nice breakfast.

A little run down inside the hotel room but not too obvious.

A bit too fancy room with comfortable beds. Clean and well maintained hotel grounds. A bit noisy in the room because of the river just outside the window. Average breakfast offer, e.g. no vegetables available. Friendly service. Restaurant in the hotel is medicore at best - dinner dishes served cooled down, steak was a kind beaf you wouldn't like to eat.

Restaurant quality

The staff were friendly and informative, and very efficient. Meals in the restaurant were good value for the area and on site secure parking was a bonus. Julian helped us resolve some issues with our phone company and overall this boutique privately run little hotel exceeded our expectations

Location by the river. Lovely garden. Secure car parking. Restaurant. Room well decorated. Good bed. Room made available prior to official check in time

Needs a bell at hotel reception…( receptionist sometimes difficult to locate).

Very calm and nice hotel with the restaurant just beside the hotel. The food is very yummy !

With all the goodnes for the hotel, too bad the room isn't soundproof. We hardly to sleep at night because all the noise from the kitchen just right under us. In the morning suddenly woke up by the loud noise and i found out there is a big trash bin. So i guess someone try to take it in the morning. I hope the hotel will make the room soundproof because the hotel so charming.

The location of the property is exceptional. The restaurant overlooking the river is great, although not cheap.

The buffet breakfast is very limited and overpriced. There are great options just a couple of minutes walking from the hotel for having a more French-breakfast at a better price.
