We only stayed for one night but the overall feeling was positive. Good room, good bathroom, nice decoration and comfy beds. Air conditioning worked fine and we could arrive late with a code and a locked with the key. We could also leave early and reception opened also very early so I could settle my bill. Close to the highway to get in and out and there were also supermarkets close by.

Well, I actually can't think of anything in our context (sleeping one night during a road trip)... except for the fact that I booked a quadruple room and got two rooms (2 + 3 beds) which made our sleeping arrangements change due to a younger child.

Room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Parking on site for free. Next door a lovley Mexican Restaurant. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Nice toiletries.

Bathroom had issues a flat shower tray, with no door, a very full dirty shower trap caused water to not drain away and caused a build up of shower water that had no where to go but over the edge on to the floor, which as no proper door, proceeded out onto the carpet of the room, making the carpet wet. The receptionist did come to clear the blocked shower trap, the water then drained as it should. We needed fresh towels as all were used mopping up puddle of water on floor. Luckily we were then able to take our showes eventually. They sorted the issue straight away, was inconvenient, but guess this will remind them to check showers regularly.

Excellent spot for a quick stopover or even a short stay. The staff is happy to help, very courteous and professional. Rooms are small but quite cozy with effective air conditioning giving a much-needed respite from the heat. The bathroom was spotless, so that's a big plus for the cleaning staff. Breakfast was adequate with good assortments of croissants, fruits, and confiture along with a coffee machine and an option for fresh juice. The location is a bit outside of the city so not many restaurants and stores around, only banks and companies. A small shopping center is nearby with all the fast-food Burger joints. It's close to the Flixbus/Blablacar bus stop.

The location is outside the main city but not that they can help with it. Public transport isn't that frequent - only one or 2 connections per hour even on weekdays.

Great location - can park right outside your room so perfect for those with motorbikes or have bikes on a rack etc. 40 min walk to town centre very worthwhile! Staff were excellent. Only downside was breakfast in my view not worth the money. But great place and will definitely visit again!

Joanne, the receptionist, was very pleasant and helpful. After a long motorbike ride there, she could not do enough to make me feel welcome. The room was clean and the bed was sooo comfortable. Would wholly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Late check-in was very simple. The location is good and right next to public transit and the university. The WiFi was working reliably.

High traffic areas could have been cleaned better, eg. entry ways, door handles, light switches etc.

The location is amazing with loads of places to eat and drink. The parking is great and rooms are big. The lady at reception, Jess was very good, she was very welcoming and a pleasure to talk to.

The toilet door didn't close and there were some tissues and pads in the bin, left properly by the previous occupants.

Absolutely fabulous staff. Super friendly and service minded. Did the very best out of what they had to offer. Surprisingly great breakfast. The staff made the stay a good experience on our way to south of France. Accept animals and seem to love them…

The Gentleman at Reception was very helpful. He gave me a room at the rear of the property so my Motorbike was parked out of sight. However, this may be why the wi-fi signal wasn't too good.

Wi-fi signal not too good in the room I had, but it was quiet.
