Sonder L'Edmond Parc Monceau

The location was good. The staff very responsive and polite. The communication via their App Sonder worked just perfectly, for any questions you might have, the response comes immediately! The rooms was ok for our needs! If some amenities are missing, you ask the receptionist and they will bring it directly, such as slippers in the room, extra umbrella for the rainy days or clean towels. Loved the daily fresh crossants and danish pastry by the reception offered complimentary for the guests, as well as the detox water throughout the day.

There is not too much space to open up the suitcases. We had two big suitcases as a family of 4, and it was very difficult to walk around the room, basically walking on top of them. The children would sometimes stumble or fall. But considering it’s Paris, I would say it is understandable the small sizes of the rooms, same as everything else, i.e restaurants and bar spaces.

Hotel was close to the Metro station and several restaurants. Staff were present daily and were very helpful for restaurant suggestions and directions. Location was clean and welcoming. The rooms were amazing: spacious and all set up with kitchen facilities for multiple day stays.

There seemed to be a smell coming from the shower drain early in the stay.

Location was fantastic. It’s close to everything but not busy. It was safe to walk outside. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Housekeeping was not free and had to be arranged 1 day before.

Our suite had a clever design and two adults and two kids could easily stay there. The suite and also common areas of the hotel were very clean. The staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood. There is a supermarket nearby to buy groceries. Several good restaurants and cafes in a short distance. The hotel is also close to main attractions like louvre and Eiffel tower. There was a smart TV in the room to entertain the kids.

There was a dishwasher in the suite which we didn’t really need. I wish there was a washing machine in the suite instead or at least there was a laundry in the hotel. We didn’t check to see if there were any coin laundries nearby though.

A very pleasant and stylish hotel, I would certainly stay here again. Special thanks for the davines toiletries ! Our room had a kitchenette, and both a bath tub and a shower. A very comfortable mattress. A nice neighborhood with cool restaurants, and parc Monceau is lovely! Helpful and friendly staff.

Since there is a kitchenette, I would be grateful to find some cooking basics in the room like salt, pepper and olive oil. Also the room we had was tight for 2 adults and 2 kids, not enough space for suitcases. It would be perfect for two people, but four felt somewhat crowded.
