Hotel Restaurant Au Boeuf Couronné

Hotel was exactly as described online, we were allocated exact room as pictured online. Immaculately clean and tidy. Restaurant was amazing, with super tasty food and friendly staff. Breakfast was adequate, however on visiting Paris we were disappointed not to have croissant available every morning!

Metro access is directly opposite hotel for simple travel into city. There were plenty of cafes and bars in the hotel's location, but the location is generally not upmarket.

I stayed here since it was close to Zenith Paris La Villette for a concert i was going to ($B). The room for a single traveler is perfect.

The hotel is next to Porte de Pantin metro entrance which is a very handy location. the room is very modern and very clean and excellent value for money. Top tip, if coming to the hotel from Charles-de Gaulle , you can take the train RER B, toward Paris. Once you arrive at Gare du Nord, take metro line 5 (orange) north direction "Bobigny". Get off at "Porte de Pantin" – exit 4 We arrived around 7pm in darkness, check in was quick and we then went to explore the area and grab some food. We enjoyed sushi at Nagasaki, next door to the hotel, we then went to chez JJ, which has a really lively feel. the area is very busy and felt very safe. it’s an ideal place to stay with great access to local transport.

Breakfast is a bit chaotic

A cute little room that, whilst on the smaller side, was well fitted with a mostly comfy bed and nice lighting. Very well cleaned and easy to get get set up. The bathroom is a bit open, so don't share a room with someone you aren't comfortable around!The restaurant attached is also nice and the access to trains is handy. A great point is the park across the road, it was a wonderful spot for food, drinks, live music and other activities!

The room did not have much space for hanging clothes, and what it did have was in the splash zone of the shower, a small gripe but an important one! That being said, service staff were happy to store items for you!

We would like to thank the hotel for the whole stay. Of course, we especially liked their pet policy as we travelled with our cat. The location is great cause it is right next to the metro station, so it was convenient to travel around Paris. The breakfasts are good and we arelly enjoyed the company of the local cat while eating. We forgot the cat's name but he is the highlight there:)

In our room the shover did not have curtains or any cover. I mean, we are the young couple and we kinda liked it, but for some people that might be a problem:)

Nice room, nice hotel. Super near to the Paris Philharmonic. We came for a concert and it was a good choice for accomodation! Super nice staff, especially one receptionist guy, who worked mainly night during our stay.

We had problems with the door, it didn't opened the first night. We could leave the room it closed, but for open it we needed assistance. They said they would fix it the next morning. But afternoon when we arrived back nothing changed. A bit disappointed. But then they gave us a new room. So at the end it was ok.

Fantastic Hotel with wonderful helpful and English speaking staff, room was really well cleaned and as pictured on their website, nicely situated in Paris with metro station outside to get you anywhere in Paris with ease. We had a good meal in the beautiful restaurant with our waitress speaking wonderful English helping us and advising us, she made us feel very special. Breakfast every morning was fab with a nice amount of help yourself items, all in a wonderful setting of the hotel. Note to travellers! Learn about metro before you go ( plenty of videos on YouTube) Many thanks to the staff for making our 25th wedding Anniversary short break really special, wonderful memories to keep.

Rooms are renovated and have an interesting design. Good location next to the metro and with a walking distance to a lot of attractions such a City of Science, Philharmonic, Conservatory, Theatre, Concert Hall, Exhibition Hall. There are several good cafes and restaurants in the area. The hotel's restaurant is a great place for meat lovers.

The location is far from the centre, so it is better to choose it when you have something to visit in the nearby area. At the same time, there is a metro just next to the hotel.

generally clean, nice and well equipped room. good location if you need to go to “la villette”

- the blanket on the bed was dirty - rough neighborhood. - we left the luggages in the deposit for the day at the check out, I asked if we were getting a ticket with a number or something, they said there was no need and the name would be put on the luggages, and documents would be asked when we were coming back in the evening to get them. when we came back the staff was different and they just open the door of the deposit and said to get our luggages ourself… we would be able to get any we wanted as nobody asked a document or else, and they didn’t know who we were.
