Hotel Rendez-Vous Batignolles

Amazing customer service - We changed our booking 3 times due to Covid / a family loss and the hotel were so accommodating! I’m so grateful and impressed with how they handled each request as they were so nice, thorough and speedy each time. Many places wouldn’t have entertained a change in booking, never mind a refund! Great location - just around the corner from the metro, a supermarket, shops, plenty of food places (including little Italy which was delicious!!) and everything you may need. Around 35-40 minutes from the airport by car, around 1 hour by metro & train. Easily located by taxi. Very clean and extremely comfy room. Great shower with toiletries if needed and ample towels. Hairdryer in room and iron available from the lobby. Complimentary bottles of water was a nice touch. Great view from my little windows on the 5th floor - including the Eiffel Tower in the distance which was a lovely surprise! Gorgeous and stylish decor and very well maintained throughout. Lovely little seating area in the lobby and the coffee machine was a treat! Great selection of complimentary coffees, teas and even hot chocolate. Overall - A comfortable and chic stay. Great location in an easy to navigate part of Paris with good links to the more tourist-y parts. Good value and great customer service. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lift didn’t go up to the very top floor so if you have difficulties with spiral stairs whilst carrying a suitcase ask for a lower floor. We did book a triple room but ended up with 2 separate rooms which wasn’t ideal - I believe this is a booking.com error rather than the hotel as they don’t have triple rooms. We were offered an apology and our rooms were located together though.

Lovely boutique hotel , really clean, great shower, comfy bed and I’m 6:4 and 130kg. smashing location especially if you want to experience real life Paris away from all the “tourist track”. 4/5 minute walk to metro station (3 day pass in zones 1-3 €30 really good to get about) Staff where really nice in-fact every Parisian person we met over the 4 day stay we had where so friendly and helpful. So many great restaurants and bakeries close to hotel especially if you turn left when walking out the front door and left again at the end of the street . A must see is sacre couer at sunrise just a 20 minute walk from the hotel. It is stunning. And a far more romantic spot to propose if anyone is planning that lol

This hotel was in an excellent location - in the heart of Montmartre one of the most beautiful parts of Pairs. It is surrounded by fabulous restaurants, bakery’s and antique shops. It was also a 2 minute walk to the Metro station which was very handy. The staff were very friendly and more than accommodating as they let us leave our luggage there after check out. The rooms were slightly small but this did not bother us as they were spotless. We really enjoyed our stay here and I will be recommending this hotel to all my family and friends.

Everything was perfect but if I was to mention one thing the reception said it was 24hrs but we found it difficult to get in at night time. This was not too much of a problem as we only wanted to get into reception to get water.

I really liked the location of the hotel and would definitely book in this area again. The hotel itself was very clean and cozy. Modern furniture and wooden floors, the room is not too crowded with unnecessary furniture. During the day there are croissants in the lobby. I really liked the reusable water bottles - amazing idea and avoids tons of plastic.

Only the bathroom smelled funny and without a window in the bathroom it was difficult to get rid of the smell without having it in the whole room. I think the price was appropriate for Paris but still a little bit much for what you get.

We booked the superior room as we had read from previous reviews that the rooms are on the smaller side. Glad we did as it was ideal! Space to hang some clothes, little vanity and great sized bathroom too.

There wasn't anything major that we disliked. Maybe add more film channels on the TV or allow them to be smart as it was quite frustrating having limited channels.

We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! As two young females we felt so safe and looked after! The area was fantastic (the metro station was a 3 minute walk), the room was fresh and clean and the staff were so helpful. We were celebrating a 21st birthday and arrived to a lovely handwritten note and some chocolates/popcorn which really made our stay that much more special!

The room size is definitely small but so long as you are tidy it still feels spacious enough to get ready before your day out or lounge in. We would’ve loved to have a safe in the room and also a kettle/drink making facilities, however, there was a coffee machine provided in reception that we often used as a good replacement. There really isn’t much to fault!

I work as a flight attendant so when I travel for leisure I prefer smaller boutique style hotels. The Rendez-Vous was perfect! On a well lit and quiet street. Beautifully decorated and clean. I stayed with my sister for her birthday, and the hotel accomodated my request for a top floor street view. They also left a handwritten bday note.... very nice touch! Great location! Walking distance to Sacre Coeur and close to Metro and Bus. Tip: take bus #95 across town and stops at the Lourve and all the way to St Germain. Nice way to see the city. Loved the Clarins toiletries, and the whole hotel carries that scent in a light subtle way. Very clean bathrooms and rooms. Beds were comfortable and fresh. Opt for the Superior Rooms as you won't feel cramped. Our room also had a nice skylight. Coffee and tea available in lobby 24hrs. Would stay here again!

We were upgraded to a superior room. The description of the hotel says "that the room is decorated in a simple style", in fact the design is elegant and restrained and we love it. Utilizing space is excellent and the bathroom is very comfortable with Clarins products. Two bottles of mineral water were waiting for us in the room. At the entrance to the hotel, hot drinks can be prepared free of charge. Very good breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. Briefly, a very good value.

We arrived on Sunday, and many things open in the area only in the evening, although you can still find shops and restaurants in the area even in Sunday. Very small elevator

Great location a couple blocks from the Place de Clichy metro stop with everything you need within walking distance. Off the main and busy street, I had a room on the top facing the inner building, which was quiet very quiet and appreciated. I frequently get assigned the room on the lobby floor which are noisy, but this time my request was honored. The bedding was comfortable and although a very small room it was super clean, functional and smart design. Staff is nice and helpful. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and price paid was under $130 a night which matched the quality.

It looked like what was advertised online. It was clean and well located. The elevator worked!

Small room, with not much space for storage. Also, we didn't get the help we needed with transfer to the airport. We were told they can book a taxi but the price is up to the disgression of the driver. We were told that a quote could not be given. This is in contrast to the fact that a quote was given to us on arrival to the country. We were disappointed and felt unsafe! Female travellers need more support.
