The hotel has an amazing location! It is close to two train stations, there is a bakery across the street, a pharmacy, a little general store, and even a laundromat nearby. The hotel staff was exceptional and made us feel at home!

The building and rooms are older, but we knew that already. There isn't much space in the room, but it was fine. We just needed somewhere to sleep and weren't going to use the hotel facilities. The bathroom is small but functional. It would have been uncomfortable for a large person. The elevator is small, but we were able to use it to get our luggage up the stairs!

Incredible location- equidistant to the Seine and Rue Mouffetard for great food! Handy to have an elevator. Very safe neighborhood with good bus lines within a block.

Only complaint would be that the rooms are quite close together and one night I could hear the door to the stairwell slamming and other guest room doors slamming shut. If you’re a light sleeper, just put on white noise. I appreciated the convenience of having breakfast at the hotel if needed but recommend going to one of many boulangeries close by instead.

The receptionists were very helpful. The room was very clean. Everything in the room was working properly, including the wi-fi. The location is very good, very close to 2 metro stations.

We had wonderful sleep every night - the bed was great and the room cosy and silent. The location is perfect -just the stone throw to Boulevard St Germain and its lovely green market and just a quick, lovely walk to Marais. Plenty of bars and restaurants around. Pleasant and helpful reception desk - they even provided us with champaign glasses for our decadent little “brunch”. A lovely terrace is a very nice touch.

The only thing we missed was coffee or at least hot water for tea in the room - we knew there wasn’t one, so no surprises there, but I’ll just put it here as a suggestion - it would make the cosy and pleasant stay even more so.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was absolutely adorable, and very French. For Americans it is a very small room but if you want something large, then you need to go to a major chain. If you want an experience, you stay at an amazing boutique hotel, such as Familia hotel. Our room had air-conditioning, which was a savior as it was extremely hot the week we were there end of June 2023. The breakfast was amazing at eight euros per person : pan au chocolate (kind of a square chocolate croissant), a croissant, small baguette, assorted, condiments, yogurt, coffee, or tea, fresh, squeezed, orange juice, and they had milk or chocolate milk for my daughter. Location is in the Latin Quarter. Very easy to get around with the metro. There’s a bus stop right up the street as well. And I realized from our room number 52 that when you were on the balcony, you could actually see the towers of Notre Dam Attached photos. The photo of the closet is not the lobby but I did not have anything in the hotel lobby.

The only thing I did not like about the property or the pillows they were very flat and hard. But as my daughter and I were out all day long when we returned, we were so exhausted that after laying down for five minutes, we were both out cold.

I loved how welcoming everyone was. Everyone's english was excellent and there were no problems with translation. It was a smooth and easy check in and out process, and the staff were happy to suggest things to do and places to go. We only stayed a couple of nights, but it was a very comfortable stay. In the heart of the city, we had a tonne of options for food and drinks. While there wasn't much of a view in the room that we stayed in, it still had a beautiful balcony with very pretty flowers, and gave off a very french atmosphere. And there is a small elevator for your luggage!!!

nothing! The accommodation was fantastic, and we had a great time. There was a nice cafe across the road, and the hotel let us leave our luggage with them, which was very lovely. The only problems we had in the trip had nothing to do with the accommodation. The only thing I would suggest is having something on the website that says it's fine to leave luggage - we were concerned before we got there that we wouldn't be able to as we had a walking tour before check-in and we weren't able to call to confirm. In the end there was no problem though!

We have stayed at this hotel every year for the tennis at Roland Garros. This year I booked too late and couldn't get all the nights I wanted. Having to stay at a different hotel really brought home to me what good value for money this hotel is. Yes, the rooms are small but you can pay double in Paris and get rooms even smaller. The hotel is very clean, the staff are really friendly, the location is excellent. The towels were changed / bathroom cleaned every day. Next year I will make sure that I book well in advance and get my whole stay in this hotel.

The rooms are a little dated, but very clean.

The location is great, Latin Quarter and close to Notterdam de Pari. few kilometers to Louvre and other Museums, more far to Eyfel Tour. you can also easily go for a walk to Siena. Metro/bus stations are near to the hotel. Very nice cafes and restaurants at the same street with the Hotel. Especially we liked Pasha, Turkish food restaurant - I can't eat onion soup more than one time in a life)), so... the room is small, but very clean and comfortable. If you are not there whole the day, it is enough space to sleep and have a rest. I think I would prefer the same location for our next visit, you can feel the atmosphere of Paris here. But if we come with children the room will be small.

far from airport, but it looks like all airports are far to get them easily.

The people who worked at Familia were super friendly!!! There was a 24 hour reception so it was possible to come in and leave at any time which was great. We had a small room, but the shower was very nice and we had a small very cute balcony with some chairs to sit in the morning with a nice view, which was amazing! The beds were very comfortable and warm, the lights were positioned nicely and the hairdryer was very handy too. We also asked to leave our car for two hours longer after checking out because we wanted to do some small shopping, which was no problem and they kept our luggage behind the reception during that as well. The hotel also has a great and safe location, not too busy, very close to St Germain de Pres, the Notre Dame and Jardin du Luxembourg, all in walking distance, no dodgy streets at all. It was a great trip, thank you everyone from Hotel Familia!! Oh and everyone spoke English, which was great when I was stumbling with some French words!

The only thing I was kind of missing in the room was a water cooker and some cups so we could make some tea before going to bed, but it didnt really matter anyway.

All the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We saw the receptionists helping other guests and speaking English and Spanish. The location was ideal for seeing the Latin Quarter and Notre Dame was in easy walking distance. It is only a few minutes walk from Cardinal Lemoine Metro station. It took about 30mins to reach the Eurostar terminal by Metro. Breakfast was a typical continental one with fresh bread, croissant & pain au chocolat and yoghurt as well as orange juice and a hot drink. The dining room was charmingly furnished and light.
