Excellent location. Close to the beach and old center. If you have a room with sea view and a terace, it worth all money. Very clean rooms. Friendly staff, except the italian guy at the reception. Reasonable breakfast.

If you ignore the seaview, a bit overpriced. We were so dissapointed when we checked-in, because one of the staff members (the italian guy) gave us a different room that the one that we booked (a lower quality one). Just after we spoke the next day with the chief I think (merci beaucoup, madame), she solved quickly the situation. I don't think it is normal in a 4 stars hotel...

The location is superb with amazing views over the crescent of Nice bay. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast with views is a great start to the day. Highly recommend booking Castel Plage situated on the beach below the hotel for dinner or lunch.

The location is not car friendly and very difficult to unload due to the one-way system introduced after the truck terrorist attack. I would recommend parking at the Phare car park in the port as it allows you to escape Nice without going through the always congested Massena or the Promenade. Also note there is a steep flight of steps at the property entrance, get help from the staff to get your baggage up to the small lift. Areas of the hotel are a bit tired but the views are stunning and compensate for the slight shabbiness.

Absolutely stunning location with amazing and uninterrupted views of the whole coastline all the way to the airport. Lovely, comfy rooms with nice big windows which were double glazed so no road noise at nigth.

Lounge/bar area isn't particularly inviting and given the location it's a shame the hotel doesn't make it more appealing and lively. We skipped breakfast as there are so many lovely places around serving great food in great locations - but it was our choice as I'm sure the hotel breakfast would have been fine but the room's a tad lacklustre.

It is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. it’s quiet despite being right close to old town and right on the promenade. We were pleasantly surprised by complimentary champagne, macarons, small bites on our anniversary. Staff were very flexible to our needs. On the day of checkout we were allowed to stay in hour longer which allowed us to spend fine quality time on the beach.

None. If I were to be very critical Wifi was occasionally patchy but we hardly stayed in the day. It hardly affected me.

The customer service was excellent. Jennifer and Alessandro hats off. I was there with my mom on walker. They were very attentive to our needs. Great job you two. And actually everyone else, was extremely pleasant. The views from our room were exceptional.

Place is small. Elevator, rooms, restaurant. Parking was a bit of a pain. But that’s not unique to this hotel. It’s a problem in nice.

Please note: We were in Nice for carnival so my review is based upon that event being the main reason we chose the hotel. We did not use the dinning services so I cannot speak to their quality. The view was amazing. I can't tell you how many photots I took of the beach from our balcony. The hotel is just a few minutes away from old Nice which is very convenient! It is also only 10 minutes away from Place Messa where carnival is held so it was also very convenient! The room while on the smaller side was still very comfortable and I LOVE having a bathtub. The hotel is a bit on the more expensive side but well worth it given the location and the view. Soft towels ❤ I stayed for three nights and I would reccomend this hotel to others and next time I am in Nice I will stay here again.

There was no coffee maker just instant coffee, which I personally do not like but that is mearly a personal preference. Overall nothing negative to say about my experience here.

Location, location, location! Right on the beach with the most spectacular views of the ocean and the old town of Nice. I would highly recommend this hotel for comfort, room size, location and view. Ticks all boxes!

Unfortunately, the hotel does not have access to the private beach right in front of it. You have to walk 3 mins down the road to the next beach at Opera. Still easy to access and a lovely part of the beach.

Location was great. Beautiful view of the sea and sunsets. Lovely staff.

Size of room. Also, one night we were woken up by shouting from street below at 3 a.m: perhaps it needs triple glazed windows on that floor? Plus, it would have been helpful to receive a plan de la ville on our arrival and some info about heating in our room etc- but otherwise the staff were all very nice and helpful.

The view was perfect. The best view ever. People were friendly.

I was not so fond of shower - the water was going all the time on the floor. When I came, the was a hair on the wall. Room is rather small. Breakfast is very poor.

Breakfasts were superb, varied and made to order. The view from the balcony was excellent. The staff were very helpful and efficient. I would particularly like to commend Charlotte at the front desk and the ladies at Breakfast particularly the lady from Oujda Morocco, who made one feel very welcome every morning. Dear
