Hotel Florence Nice

Everything was clean. I did not try the breakfast, we like to go out for it. A great coffee shop just opposite the hotel and only 500 m to everything.

Slightly bigger and brighter room would have been preferred

The location was really good and the bed was comfortable.

The walls are too thin. You could hear people talking in the room next door.

The location was ideal for us. We arrived at Nice airport, and the Tram took us to a stop very close to the hotel. Also, the district in which the hotel is situated is attractive with cafes close to hand, and it is accessible to the centre of the city. Breakfasts were excellent, with a good choice of food. We appreciated that breakfasts were included in the price of the room. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Above all, the staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome

It is difficult to say what could have been done better.

The location of the Hotel is amazing. It is very easy to reach the Hotel from the airport and it is close to every touristic and historic area. Many restaurants and cafes around. Really close to the old town and literally it is possible to reach many places by walk or tram or train. The breakfast was also good and the beds were comfortable. The staff was so kind. Thank you so much for everything.

We had to open two doors to reach our room, I think if the rooms in the little corridor is occupied by different families, the corridor's door should be opened without a key. And as a couple sometimes we had trouble with only having one key.

Stay at this hotel went above my expectations. The staff is well prepared and polite and able to have a switch to any language based on the affluent of tourists. Personalised room invitation that make you feel so warm welcome in this hotel . The upgrade was a nice surplus that made our experience above and behind . The room was very big and large that we could dance in . Had a nice setup to have a drink in the room, and there is a bar with free coffee and tea on the first floor until 11, which was very useful. The breakfast was a great buffet filled with anything made fresh . From 7 to 11 . And the digital instruction to how everything works is a top-notch of a modern set up of the hotel . Love it like the politic of a green choice . All nice . We didn't have time to check the rooftop and hives, maybe next trip. The luggage service was also very delightful. Could be improve just having the stuff in the bathroom , like more toiletries instead of asking . Even at every call, you guys were always on the spot to provide everything. Other than that, all was all perfect

This is a great hotel. It is so well positioned for all the sights of Nice, the railway station and the beach areas. From Nice airport it is very easy to grab a tram ride to Jean Medecin followed by a 5-minute walk to the hotel. The hotel staff were very attentive to requests and did everything to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The econsierge service worked brilliantly. If you want to enjoy a wide range of breakfast foods then this is the hotel to visit. Amazing variety and choice and so well-presented.

If we have one moan it would be the fact that the room was too hot, even with the addition of an extra fan.

1. Location is great: 5 min by walk to Massena , 3 min to the nearest tram station going to the airport (tram 2), 10 min to the beach and max 15 min from the gare station. 2. Cleanliness. The room was very clean and what is the most important bedclothes. 3. Temperature in the room. We stayed in the Hotel in December and in the room was very comfortable temperature (even floor was not cold). 4. Hotel is posing as eco friendly , I like this idea that you can find water in paper packaging. 5. The room was occupied with kettle, 2 bottle of water and coffee, that is very nice. 6. Personal is super friendly. 7. Amazing breakfast. We were lucky stayed during the Christmas and breakfast included Champagne, different type of cheese , salmon and foie gras. From usual breakfast (still very good): cereal, cheese , jams, croissants and amazing bread, cake, fruits , eggs and ham.

Soundproofing. Isolation is not good , we heard like our neighbours spoke and used hair dryer.

Where to begin? Hotel Florence is a great little Eco hotel smack bang in the middle of Nice. We had a standard double room and yes as others have said, it was small but it had everything we needed for a mini break. The bed was comfy, shower powerful, there was a fridge, tv, tea and coffee and the air-conditioning was a godsend in the 34 degree heat! Breakfast was organic and beautifully done, always plenty of choice and the fresh juice shots were delicious. The real stars here are the staff. Never have I stayed in a hotel where every single member of staff was so happy and welcoming all of the time. A special mention has to go to Nina. A lovely young lady who was so helpful with my booking even before we arrived. It was a pleasure to meet you Nina, Hotel Florence is lucky to have you. Alessandro, what can I say, you were always smiling and full of local information and recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble for you. The ladies at breakfast were lovely, always cheerful and so well organized! The hotel manager was always around at breakfast too wishing everyone good morning. Hotel Florence has such a happy vibe, we would definitely return.

There really wasn't anything but if I had to say something, the walls are quite thin & you could hear people in the corridor, it didn't bother us but some might find it an issue.

Big room and comfortable bed. Very near to Nice Ville train station 10mins thereabouts. Located on a quiet street off main shopping street leading all the way to Promenade des Anglais. Good check in and out timing. Next to it there is an Italian restaurant which is not bad for their food quality. I recommend if you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy your meal. Overall, a good and reasonable price hotel to rest.

The floor of the room did not seem to have been vacuumed nor mopped. Feet was a bit dirty. Walls are pretty thin as we could hear the people next to our room snoring.

The Florence Hotel is a great place for travellers to stay in Nice. It is very close to both the city tram lines with stations only a few minute walk away. The beach front and old city are in comfortable walking distance. There are many restaurants and cafés nearby. The Florence also offers a generous and reasonably priced breakfast of many options. But the best thing about the Florence is the warmth of the welcome you will get. The staff are friendly and happy to help with advice about the city.
