Clean, close to Train Station, in the middle of all attractions. Karim (the owner) will help you out with everything. This hotel is very new, freshly renovated. you’ll checkin at their restaurant on the ground floor. All the people working there are amazingly very kind, helpful and always willing to help

The bedroom and bathroom were both excellent. The room had a fridge and a safe, which were both very useful. The room was very quiet given the city centre location. I stayed during a period of exceptionally hot weather and the air conditioning system coped with it brilliantly. I got the room to the exact temperature that I required. The breakfast was free within the package and was more than adequate. The staff were young, enthusiastic and very friendly.zy

This hotel is different! There is no reception or lobby. It sits above a cafe/restaurant/takeaway. When I arrived I was a little unsure what to do because I couldn't get in! You actually check in with the staff in the cafe. Rooms are accessed by a spiral staircase which you access from a door on the street. There is no elevator, so people with heavy bags would find it difficult on the stairs. The stairs also make it unsuitable for the elderly or people with very young children. However, when you embrace the concept the hotel grows on you. It was exceptional value for money and I would stay there again if I passed through Nancy.

Room is perfect; spacious, clean, modern. The breakfast is basic but alright for French standards; hot beverage, croissant, bread bun, jam and nutella.

The checkin is very unusual, luckily I read the reviews else I would have no clue. Go to the Take Away burger place to collect the key and code. I stayes on the 2nd floor, so going up the steps was alright, but they have rooms up to the 5th floor. Tip: when using the public parking of the station, don’t use -1, this is expensive short term parking. Go down to level -2/-3.

No lift. There is also no notice to tell you that reception is at the takeaway on the corner.

Comfortable bed and clean room. Good location and friendly personnel.

Toilet seat was damaged (loose). Wifi did not work despite the personnel really trying to fix this issue.

Located nearly in the city center. The motorbike can be parked in the public garage. There are also rings to fix it with a chain. Very clean and comfortable room.
