lots of extra money to use the pool. met a man and young son who were refused pool entry because they had swim trunks and not speedos! not everyone is comfortable wearing a skimpy bathing suit. they drove 24 hours Denmark and the little boy wanted to swim. that’s why they chose this hotel. very disappointing

Very clean and nice comfortable rooms

The Wi-Fi is terrible! 9mbs so not fast enough to stream Netflix etc The lifts are even slower than the Wi-Fi, the worst I’ve ever known! Sometimes waiting over 5 minutes for it to arrive after calling it The spa is very nice but it’s expensive at €45 per day. Most guests just want to sunbathe by the pool and the price is off-putting. This should be included and then maybe a chargeable upgrade for sauna and spa etc. There is no place to sunbathe without paying so it feels like they are forcing you to pay the extra charge which makes it poor value overall

We have stayed multiple times here due to the incredible pool and spa, and large, clean family rooms. This place has everything you need for a stay in Lyon in addition to great wifi, parking, and a very nice breakfast. You also get robes for the whole family to use at the pool and towels to bring there next door. The children loved the pool they could use and the adults loved the outdoor thermal baths and grotto pool. Book without any hesitation.

Nothing- note the bathing suit for men needs to be speedo type vs any other kind due to pool rules. They sell them at the store on site if you forget!

Nice hotel to relax, lots of equipment and the restaurant is really good. Breakfast is delicious as well and everyone can find something they like. Bedrooms are super comfortable and bathrooms as well.

Just be careful if you are paying with a foreign bank card, sometimes it doesn’t work properly according to staff. I called them as it happened to me and got charged 2 times but it has been resolved and staff was very nice, helpful and understanding.

A giant, clean pool with enough sun-lounger and enough shadow for everybody. Big, clean room with a big bath-room and a nice view on the river. There was also a Table and a sofa.The air-conditioning is very silent. The Brasserie is in a nice location and the food is good.

Men can only wear tight shorts and we didn't know that before booking the room. You have to wear a bracelet all the time which shows that you're allowed to use the spa. I didn't like sleeping with the bracelet. The Breakfast was good, but you shouldn't go too late. We went during the last breakfast hour and by then there were some plates already empty and not refilled anymore (for example no more pancakes). Also the fruits and ham didn't look fresh anymore. The Brasserie is a bit overpriced (f. ex. 26€ for chicken).

Everything was clean and comfortable and relaxing

The hotel itself was not my destination, although I see that it could be a destination hotel. But for me a regular shuttle (navette) service up to the top of la Croix Rousse and/or place Bellecour would have been handy. We used taxis/Uber which was fine for us, and I guess if we had arrived from France we would have had our own car, so maybe a shuttle would not be used much. Just worth considering.

The pool and spa are wonderful, but very pricey. The hotel is extremely clean and well run. Staff are very helpful indeed.

There isn't really anywhere nice to hang out outside unless you pay for the spa. There is a small covered outdoor dining area but it's not like other hotels where it is easy to hang out in the open air. Drinks are quite expensive at 6 euros for a lemonade.

functional and the SPA is why we went. it’s a ok hotel. clean. we can take the dog. he loves it. and we have the spa. that’s really a treat. so when we are not out and about, we can spend time in the spa. super!!!

parking we had to pay. because we booked here. if you book straight through the hotel website you get all inclusive. very dissatisfied about that.

The breakfast was amazing and very generous as well as the room and the view wow. The amenities were perfect and the pool, the hammam and massages were great. The hydromassage pool just wow, we couldn't leave once in there. The staff was amazing literally everywhere and very flexible. The Tv had great canal choices and the Saône next to it makes a great walk for calm days. Overall the hotel is amazing and we will definitely come back!

The pillows were not very comfortable, and the hotel is a bit far from leasure locations and activities. Fortunately it has great facilities to pass time and relax. Also if I'm not wrong, we didn't know from the website that we would have to hold an extra 800 euros for caution so it was complicated for us bankwise the first day to put this amount on hold, wish we knew before arriving we would've gotten cash. Otherwise everything was great.

The spa and pools were outstanding. The food was beautiful and not too expensive. The small studio was immaculate. My 4 year old daughter and I had such a fun time. Family friendly which I thought was lovely. Very excited to return

Our room was a bit outdated and I would have loved bigger, comfier pillows but it was extremely clean so I really can’t complain much at all. I’d be back in a heartbeat.
