Everything was fabulous. The property was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, the downstairs area was well equipped and the shower was great. Breakfast was superb, all fresh with home made jams and eggs from their hens. Hosts were lovely, and Charlene looked after us really well during our stay. We took advantage of the wine tour in a 2CV which we thoroughly enjoyed. We couldn’t fault our stay and we would definitely book again.

The place is lovely.A very chill location and also very chill hosts. If I would have to take something with me from this stay, I would take the stillness of the place and the slow way of of living. The breakfast was amazing, something different and home cooked every day. The garden invites you to relax and enjoy. The house is also very nice and cozy. It felt like we were in a retreat. Charlene and her family are just lovely. I would never hesitate to go back.

Everything... Breakfast was amazing with homemade products and Charlene was equally amazing. The b&b is a great base to explore Chinon and the surrounding region or to go hiking. Great wine by the glass, easy private parking, beautiful room, nice bed, attention to details. We only stayed for one night passing through but we will come back for a longer stay.

We loved everything. The accommodation was clean and beautifully decorated . Charlene was a brilliant host and served an amazing breakfast. Sadly only one night, as we were travelling home but we will be back.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

What a lovely place to stay, the perfect spot for us to stop off on route from the Dordogne to catch the ferry at Dieppe. Charlene was the perfect host, really helpful and even going the extra mile to offer to book us a restaurant in Chinon for the evening we arrived. Really lovely accommodation and a wonderful breakfast mostly home-made and sourced from the garden.

The village is lovely and quiet and a little way out of Chinon, which is great for avoiding the crowds but does mean you have to drive a short distance if you want a restaurant. That said, it is in great location for exploring the local area.

Fantastic very welcoming hosts that went out of their way to make you feel at home. Great breakfast and wonderful location, quiet but not far to Chinon.

The hotel very clean, very comfortable and stay in quiet location, that can see how much the owner really care at all the detail. The dinner on planche was so delicious and all the meats are great quality. The owner very kind, warm and friendly.

Superb. Spotlessly clean. Charlene was the perfect host. Lovely breakfast, the best on my 3 week motorcycle tour.
