Hôtel Mercure Lille Aéroport

Clean and big room, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, free big parking, towels and soap. There is a kettle in the room and a safe. Beautiful hall and a small children's playroom

there was no refrigerator in the room, breakfast very early until 9.30

The approach to the hotel makes it seem a little disappointing - it's within a bit of an industrial area. But inside it has a very warm, welcoming feel, nicely decorated, very clean, spacious, bright and comfortable. The location is only 5 or 6 minutes by complimentary shuttle bus from the airport. The reception staff are excellent - luckily for us they speak perfect English and couldn't be more helpful - booking a taxi into the city centre for the Xmas market in the very pretty old part of town, reserving the airport shuttle bus for exactly when we needed to leave the next morning and letting us know we could leave the car there whilst we travelled to the South of France for a couple of weeks (so we were able to cancel the airport parking saving us the fees and hassle of moving the car). Excellent buffet breakfast with incredible range of options - all delicious. Restaurant staff were also great. The room was very comfortable with two double beds and no noise from the airport or from other rooms.

Very minor points - we didn't have a wine list in the restaurant and the restaurant opened at 7pm and after a long journey we were hoping to eat a little earlier. That's all I can think of!

Spotlessly clean. Helpful, friendly staff. An excellent breakfast buffet and a good menu for dinner. Nothing at all to complain about. I have marked it down slightly because it is so big and uniform. It was easy to find and I'm guessing it is in a good location for the airport. We were driving to Italy and it was a convenient overnight stop after landing in Calais.

I couldn't fault anything. It is a large chain hotel that delivers what is expected.

The hotel is in an industrial area near the airport, right of the highway. Perfect for an overnight stop. The outside isn’t anything special but inside they created a great atmosphere. There is a children’s play area in the lobby right near the restaurant/bar/breakfast area. The breakfast is amazing. Lots of options and even a special table with extra choices for the kids. The staff is super friendly.

The reception person (Male) was very, very helpful. He sorted out taxi and pickup from dropping off our hire car at Airport. A very respectful and professional man. You are lucky to have him in your team/organisation. Mike Begg, Sydney, Australia

Nothing our one night stay was really good value.

large spacious and comfortable rooms with good facilities. air con was very good on the hottest day of the year it was ideal. able to cast from phone to television. very quiet and peaceful rooms.

restaurant was very hot with lots of flies but the temperature at this time was unusually hot.

no refrigerator (minibar), water in the shower was not hot enough in the morning. Bed for the baby was not suitable for infant (neither for any baby)- mattress consisted from hard pieces, each of which had a metallic frame thus horrible for baby’s comfort. too much fragrance in the hotel’s restorant

I booked this hotel as a stop over when traveling by car. The hotel is right by the highway and is thus very convenient for anyone traveling by car. Rooms are very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and remained spirited despite the severe covid restrictions and the limited range of services they could provide. We had to eat from a box in our room at dinner and breakfast for instance. Choices for meals were limited and that worked fine and prices were reasonable. The hotel was very clean and seemed to take all covid requirements very seriously.

There was small gym and sauna. Big TV which can be Cast from phone via wifi. Lobby decoration was pleasant with nice bar.

Gym can be bigger with more equipment since the hotel itself is big.

-Comfortable location if you want to be around that area for business. -Breakfast is quite good with varieties.

-Didn't find much to criticize, I stayed less than 24 hours.
