Hôtel L'Auberge Alsacienne

The food was really good. They have great indoor areas to eat but what was really nice was the outside seating area. We arrived at an odd hour in between lunch and dinner and they still served us food. The rooms are really nice (very clean) and the view is amazing from the rooms. Plenty of space to sit in the foyer on each floor incase the weather is not great. Located at the entrance on one of the main streets. They have their own parking space and there is also a huge parking lot 100 m from the hotel. Great place and we had a great stay!

The morning breakfast could have been better but they had all the basics and whatever they had was well prepared and tasted really good.

We had hoped for the restaurant to be open during our stay this time, as it was closed during our previous stay. Apparently the restaurant is not open for dinner anymore, but a barmenu is available. The booking was honoured as expected. The location is fine - close to a number of good winemerchants and a selection of restaurants. We very much enjoyed visiting Le Pavillion Gourmand enjoying a 3 course dinner.

The room was smaller than that of our previous stay, but may be said to match the price been paid for a single night. For a longer stay booking a larger room is recommended.

The location was perfect! The hotel is easily accessible without having to drive through town. Our room was on the smaller side but that was not a problem for us as it was easy enough to stow our bags under the desk area. The room was clean & comfortable. It was nice to be able to have drinks on the patio as well as inside the bar area. We were lucky enough to reserve the last parking spot in their small parking lot.

Nothing to complain about at all. We will definitely stay here again.

Very well located in the village and on the 3Route des Vins" circuit. Beautifully decorated hotel. Lovely staff. We booked the last available bedroom which was the budget double bedroom, the only budget side to it was the size as it was their smallest room but for the rest there was nothing budget about it as it was very nicely decorated, great facilities with a fridge, coffee making machine nespresso style, a sfae, TV etc. It was very clean and compfortable. Delicious breakfast. Secure parking, must be booked in advance as limited spaces, but planty of other parking options around the hotel as well.

Central location. Although no Air con, portable air con units were in the room

Although I was advised on booking that the restaurant was closed, so we’re many in the town on a Wednesday evening! Fortunately they advised me of some restaurants that should be open. Two on the list weren’t, but I did book a restaurant from the list. I noticed that some of the restaurants that were open, with unreserved places were not taking bookings at 8pm.

Private parking for a group of cars was very useful and was arranged in advance. Proximity to the town is perfect. Didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked very nice and would love to dine there on a future stay. Marielle on reception was most helpful, polite and professional.

I couldn't fault the place, or the people.

Very nice room and super breakfast. Facilities were very clean. Parking facilities at the property are a plus too. Lady at reception was highly friendly and helpful.

Only (little) downside is the beds being 1.90m only which is slightly short for guests measuring above.

A charming hotel in an excellent location. Great breakfast and although the room was very small it was clean and comfortable.

There was no air conditioning in our room, we had a fan which was very inadequate in the summer heat.

If you're looking for an updated hotel that still has lots of character and is within minutes of the historical town center, this hotel is perfect. I especially liked being able to request a parking place (small additional charge.)

Rooms around the courtyard are not very quiet in the mornings as cars and housekeeping are moving over the cobblestones. Small price to pay, however, for the convenience of the location.

The breakfast was a good buffet and reasonably priced at EUR 11. The breakfast area was cosy and pleasant to stay in. The room was fairly large, but faced the street with some noise in the morning due to wine harvesting equipment passing by. The restaurant was closed Monday-Tuesday, but the reception staff supplied us with a list of restaurants nearby being open those two nights. The courtyard was open to reserved car parking and was locked at nights - highly appreciated when travelling with a car full of luggage.

We were not aware that the well looking restaurant at the hotel was closed on Monday and Tuesday nights. Fortunately there were quite a few restaurants available nearby. Next time we will take that restriction into consideration.
