Excellent attentive and knowledgeable staff. Excellent disability accessible bathroom (called PMR in France). Best we have seen on our trip. Apparently fitted out with specialist advice. Only very large chairs will not fit due to turning space required. Air conditioning valuable in recent heat waves. Very close to old city and tramlines. Staff provided great restaurant suggestions. Good breakfast and a lovely outside area to eat if you wish. Enjoyed a drink in the bar one evening. This is probably an under-utilised area.

The tables are a bit close in a breakfast area. This is a suggestion not a complaint.

Good location - short walking distance to the Halles and old town; short walk from the tram stop to connect to the station (could walk to the station without luggage); very friendly and helpful staff; outside courtyard. Good value hotel. Loved Dijon!

Nothing significant to dislike but one small thing - the doors were not soundproof so could hear conversations in the hallway and the banging of other doors when they were closing - but thankfully not late at night. Would prefer to have a kettle in the room but can't complain given the budget price.

The room was quiet and comfortable. It was not large, but it was value for money. The staff were friendly and could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was tasty and offered lots of choice. We arrived by train and were able to step straight onto a tram and off at Goudrons-Les Halles stop, only 3 minutes walk to the hotel. The hotel is also close to the restaurants around Les Halles.

I would have preferred a more substantial door between the bedroom and the bathroom. It was a sliding door that was loosely attached and swayed outwards. It also tended to slide partially open by operation of gravity after I closed it.

Breakfast was simple but excellent. Fresh baguette and quality butter and jam goes a long way with a tasty cappuccino. Staff were very pleasant and friendly and despite being clearly fluent in English they tolerated, possibly encouraged, my awful French. Location is excellent. A 5 minute pleasant stroll and you’re in the heart of Dijon (which is definitely worth a visit if you’re in doubt).

Larger room if we stayed longer but that’s city centre budget hotel for you! So can’t really expect this on the tariff.

The hotel is located a few blocks from the center of Dijon, which makes it very easy to discover the city without having to use the car or public transport. The rooms are very comfortable and the cleaning service is excellent. The check-in process was very simple, and they also gave us information to explore the city more comfortably.

We don't have anything negative to comment on honestly, but when we bought food and wanted to eat at the hotel (we were pretty tired from a whole day of walking), we had to eat in our room because we couldn't use the bar area or even the breakfast area (it was empty at that time). I understand that for cleanliness reasons they reserve those areas only for when a person has breakfast or drinks coffee from the hotel, but it was quite uncomfortable having 4 people to dine in a small room.

Reception area very pleasant and enjoyed drinks one evening in the lounge area. The continental breakfast was good and we were able to sit outside in the couryard which was beautiful.

The car park is rather further away than 250 yards and, unless you find the exit/entrance with a lift from -3 to lower ground PLUS lower ground to street you have to take bags up 2 flights of stairs. We should have left our bags in reception and THEN gone to the car park. (that's what we did when we left)

We loved how close it was to the train station, about a 5 minute walk, and close to old Dijon about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Arrived early so they had facilities to hold our luggage. The room was big and very nicely appointed. Everything was very clean, the room and the bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved everything. Just wished the breakfast was offered a little earlier, 6:30 instead of 7:00 as we had a very early train to catch.

Room was basic, but comfortable. We wanted to be close to the old Les Halles market, and this hotel was well-located for that. Dijon is a pleasant small city, with easy walking access to all of the tourist sites.

We had forgotten that small-town France has rigid dining protocols: one must eat between 12 noon and 2, or one does not eat! In larger cities, this is not a problem, but we went hungry one day until we got with the program. The old market is nicely restored, though, and the Buvette within will allow visitors to sample the many foods available in Les Halles. Escargots, oysters, and fresh cheeses! To us, the Cite Gastronomique was a bust. It is not centrally located, and there is almost no publicity about it in Dijon itself, even at the Tourism office. It is newly opened, and we expect that it will soon become an excellent part of a visit to the city.

The hotel was the best value we had our whole week in France. The location is perfect - right on the edge of the Old Town, in a very quiet neighborhood (except for the construction....but the street is quiet in general). We had two rooms, a superior room with a street view and a double with a view of the back yards. Both were very nice - great beds, really nice bathrooms, windows that opened so we could enjoy the fresh air.

Breakfast was pretty good, but not super. But the patio makes up for that - lovely spot to sip coffee and eat a croissant. Honestly, the only bummer was the construction down the road that started before 7am. There was a fair amount of renovation going on in the neighborhood, so it sort of comes with the territory.

Great location, very close to Les Halles where there are lots of restaurants. A nice stroll to the main sights. The gentleman on reception when we arrived was very helpful and friendly. There is a set-down spot directly outside the hotel door. The paid parking is in a public underground car park, about 500 meters from the hotel. The hotel provides tickets for entry and exit. Comfortable bed. Good soundproofing. Excellent AC. The bedroom was very clean. Good powerful shower.

The room was smaller than we expected, even for a 3 star. It was spartan. There was very little desk space. The safe was tiny, not even big enough for an iPad. There isn’t a fridge. The grout in the shower was “rusty” in sections, though there was no mould. There was quite a bit of dust along the bathroom skirting boards.
