I really liked the neighborhood and it felt safe - it is newly developed area with the best bakery, cheese shop, supermarket, pharmacy and flower shop. And there is a tram station just nearby - which is safe and clean. After 4 days, I moved to a hostel at a city centre, but for the same price, I was able to have two beds, table, kitchen, and shower room just for myself. Restaurants in France are expensive (20-30 euros per meal at least) so it will save you money.

It's not necessarily what I didn't like but it is 50min away from the city centre so when I came here with luggage, I was unsure and it felt complicated. But when I get used to it, it felt so much better. After all, the public transportation in Paris is very well. There are two ways to come to the accommodation - RER B & Bus or Metro & Tram. I recommend RER B & Bus if you have heavy luggage, because then you will have a lift. But for other times, I used Tram & Metro and I think it was better to get around.

The location is right next to the lake. A beautiful colourful residential home. The rooms look exactly like the pictures. They even allowed me an early check in. The place is convenient in terms of travel because the train and tram station is just a couple of minutes walk.

Main places to visit in Paris is in Zone 1 - Eiffel, Louvre, etc. However, this Residhome apparthotel is in Zone 3 - a bit far. Even though travel is convenient and easy, however, be prepared for the same.

Local is very nice and a beautiful square outside the apartment hotel. Has a park, late and water fountains.

Payment for the accommodation wasn't taken although i requested they took payment when we booked the accomodation but the hotel wouldn't reply to my massages. The hotel tried taking payment a few days before our stay and said there was an issue with my card which meant i could lose the room. However, i was already in France and we couldn't get through to the hotel. Booking.com also struggled to get communication from the hotel.

The building is located near markets, restaurants and public transport. The room was well equiped for cooking. Located around 40 min from París most important monuments.

Cleaning should be included at least once in the stay, specially for reservations greater than 4 days. No towel change during 1 week of stay. The 31 st of December afternoon (around 5pm) I approach to the reception, I asked the receptionist on duty (male), if he had information regarding the working hours of the public transportation for that day during the night and his answer was: "You should check, I do not know because I come by car". Recepcionists during check (27/12 afeternoon) and check out (3/1) very polite. During check in there is a charge on your credit card regarding a deposit, not advertised on advance during the reservation process.

The door in the second parking area, was often NOT Closed….people leaving the secure parking area fail to fully close the door. Would highly recommend some sort of fix, perhaps a magnet to insure the door closes. You spent thousands of euros to make the secure parking area, but it’s not secure if anyone can enter it since it is seldom closed fully.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. I have lost some important item in the room and returned to the UK. I called the reception later and they contacted the room service and found it and they are ready to post it to me. I will send someone to collect it from there. I am very pleased with this effort :) Private car park for 12 euro per day and I used it. Rooms are clean and comfortable with nice sleep friendly beds. 2 min walk to the tram stop so easy to go to Paris by connecting Metro/Tube till midnight Didn't try the food there.

You have to to book room service in advance a day before. Otherwise the rooms won't be cleaned due to busy staffs. Windows and curtains have lot of dust and need more cleaning.

The location is amazing. The hotel is very clean. It was located right in a big area where there are cafes, fish market, meat market, a pharmacies, a really nice playground and a man made lake.

If you stay for one week, one cleaning is included and they don’t clean the kitchenette which is silly. Also they didn’t replenish our items like shampoo/conditioner/soaps. Initially they didn’t even include a sponge. If you want additional cleaning you have to pay.
