ibis Ciboure Saint-Jean-de-Luz

The room was nice and good size, parking was free and locked.

There were trains passing by nearby which you could hear from your window (luckily not too frequent) and the bathroom was all plastic, so it gave a feel of a very cheep place even though the size was good.

Location was lovely, we were able to walk along the quay before breakfast in this pretty place. Nice view from window. Room was usual Ibis standard

Room wasn't as clean as expected during covid. Covered parking was appreciated but it was filthy and covered in a thick layer of cement dust. The lift in the carpark wasn't working so we had to carry all our luggage down the dirty staircase. If you want to use the car park, check the lift is working first.

The Ibis is a budget hotel and, understandably concentrates on the basics. Thus the bedroom was clean, bright and airy but lacked wardrobe and cupboard space. The bathroom too was clean but very small - as were the towels. That said we enjoyed a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

St Jean de Luz is gorgeous town with loads of beautiful bars and restaurants and beaches. Please be aware that dogs are not allowed all year round unfortunately 🙃 Many places take only cash which is a big disappointment. We only stayed for one night but worth a visit.

awful view out of the hotel window breakfast expensive we used the local bakers opposite a fraction of the cost and a lovely welcome coffee was delicious too Was very confusing as the IBIS budget hotel is located in the same building just other side

Nice clean and comfortable room, comfortable bed, great shower, delicious breakfast. Free parking in a closed garage, attentive and helpful hotel staff.

We did not have the breakfast deciding instead to have coffee and croissant in the town. The location was brilliant for us because we used the train to get to different destinations and we also found it very convenient for nipping into St Jean du Luz.

Perhaps, for us, the cost of the breakfast as nearly 10€ per night per person we thought was quite expensive.

Good sized room with air conditioning. Shower good and breakfast good. Staff very helpful.

Had to park at rear of hotel. No kettle in the room.

Breakfast was great, made with ecolological view.
