Was one of the best buffet breakfasts we've had in any hotel, Staff where very approachable and helpful. It wasn't yet full season, so not all the restaurants were open. But for me this was better as the hotel had less guests.

I liked everything. If they had washed my car, which was dirty from the 10plus hour drive to them, it really would have been the icing on the cake

Absolutely Fabulous hotel , infinity pools are incredible. All the staff are very friendly & helpful, from housekeeping to front desk . The Concierge gentlemen are very helpful, friendly & work extremely hard to ensure your stay is memorable, also nice to see young staff , working hard pool side. The Blue electric moke car is fun way to be driven around. The concierge guys provide a complimentary pick up & drop you off in town , which we really appreciated in the French summer heat . Hotel is spotless , luxurious, with stunning views Would love to return & definitely recommend

True 5-star staff.Never a wait.Always someone to help out.Gracious. We had a poorly situated non view room adjacent to the road-and yet the double-glazed windows kept out the noise. Very comfortable bed. Comprehensive breakfast with many healthy options,including soy lattes. The concierges (often 2)on duty were always present and always helpful. The hotel is adequately ,even abundantly staffed-which is a rarity in France where labor costs are high. Delicious home -made bread in restaurants. We ate at two of the three restaurants-and service and staff were at top level.

Stunning property, stunning views, lovely well equipped well sized room. Concierge was exceptional.

A little snafu with the gate to the pool gate being locked outside my room. When I called the front desk I was told to walk around, which meant locking up my room, having to parade outside in a bathrobe, to the main gate in the other side, which kind of defeated the purpose of pool access from your own patio. Not sure why they couldn’t just unlock the gate. It turns out the pool wasn’t heated anyway. And the “heated” pool was a bit too cold. We had a late night incident with sheets. My bed was made up but when I got in after a nice shower it was full of sand and black hairs (not mine) 🫢 The gentleman on overnight duty kindly came rushing to change the sheets at midnight, but it was a bit unsettling to think about how the sheets were in that state.

Incredible location and views. Beyond words. Direct access to swimming in the med off the rocks - superb. The town of Cassis is a short walk away - which is the most picturesque I have ever visited. Great restaurants and evening entertainment in town too.

Some of the staff were very helpful (concierge, pool team) but in other ways the service was poor. Particularly at breakfast. The prices are high - and I thought it was a bit much to charge for car parking on top of such a high room rate.

The hotel is a gem in an exceptional location. We enjoyed every minute of it - enjoying a spectacular view over the Cassis Bay in a superb hotel built in on the rocks over the sea. All the details have been carefully thought of. The food is excellent; the staff very professional and helpful. What France can deliver at its best! Would definitely come back.

We could have done with a slightly bigger room and outdoor space to sit and enjoy the view. We will need to upgrade next time :-)

We loved the hotel location and facilities. Nice infinity pools, very relaxing there, views from every point of the hotel and food from restaurants.

We didn’t like the treatment that we received from some staff from the hotel, guys parking the cars and move luggage can be rude, not taking care about our belongings. And service in the pool area and restaurants just took too long not really paying attention about our needs when we tried to order just a drink.

The property was fantastic position, beautiful! The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They had a great young musician playing outside in the evening int he restaurant. He was very good.

We booked last minute travelling into Italy. Our room was in the car park which was pretty over looking the bay. It was very noisy however next to the laundry room which wasn’t ideal for the 600 euros we paid.

Everything! Beautiful hotel with a breathtaking view in an adorable town in the south of France. The staff was so lovely and nice. A shuttle is available to take you down to the harbor, which is nice. The rooms were comfortable and we were upgraded to a ro with a sea view/balcony just because. The day beds/lounge chairs are comfortable and are at no extra charge. The 2 infinity pools are amazing. I will 100% stay at this hotel again in the future, I didn't want to leave. The buffet breakfast that's included has a lot of variety and is delicious. I don't have enough good things to say about this hotel.

The only small issue we had was that something came dislodged from the drain in the shower that created a bad smell for an evening. The staff was very accommodating to try to help us and they were able to partially solve the problem by fixing that the next morning. We were told that the remaining musty smell was in part an issue of intermittent thunderstorms and the plumbing in a building in a small town. There was never an offer to chang ine rooms to address the problem, despite 3-4 phone calls about the same issue, so that was the one hiccup we had.

A brilliant and charming hotel - superb location and very classy atmosphere.

Allocated (at first) a room literally in the car park next to the spa, which resembled a large storage room. No one could have been happy with its location. After complaining, but being told initially that there were no further options, given a good regular room with sea view at extra cost.
