The very warm welcome and helpfulness of staff, room design, facilities and cleanliness, character and charm of hotel, amazing location, nearby parking

There was no full length mirror in our room, the door was a little hard to open as the lock handle was missing, we would have liked a cheaper continental only breakfast option

The hotel was great. First of all, the location is hard to beat as it is situated in the historical center of the town, 5-10 minutes walking anywhere. Second, the building is charming - it used to be a Benedictine monastery if I recall correctly - but it is in great shape and even has an elevator (important if you come with big luggage). We arrived on Friday night and next morning found ourselves in the middle of the town market, literally at your door. Breakfast was nice. And last but not least, there is a nice lounge area with a pool table!

Nothing really. One thing to note though - there is no parking at the hotel, but there is a large outdoor parking 3-5 minutes walking distance and it's free.

Hotel was very centrally located but somewhat aged. Shower was excellent but tiles could definitely do with a good scub Had a general feeling of old world but staff very nice and beds very comfortable . Room small but certainly good value for money. Breakfast wanted for nothing. Would be happy to stay again but would recommend with a caveat ( which really means no frills, excellent location, helpful staff and good value for money

Location was excellent Shower was best of all hotels we stayed in during our trip Bed was comfortable and roomy enough (for European accommodations) Price was reasonable Air conditioning was excellent since we were on the top floor

Most of the staff was very accommodating except one front desk gentleman who was a little surly on checkout.

Great location in center of town. Excellent breakfast. Charming old building with lots of character but modern comforts.

Metered street parking can get expensive if free municipal parking spaces are full as they were when we arrived. Luckily street parking was free on Sunday. Poor sound insulation to corridor makes it hard to sleep in.

New bathroom fixtures had an appealing look.Quite attractive.I was here in 2017. Looks like owners have done some improvment in hotel rooms.The breakfast also looked substantial with the special equipment to boil eggs.

Internet connection was POOR on the 2nd floor one afternoon.It was funtioning OK on the general area of the first floor per my research. Reception refused to accept my analysis. tried to tell me that there was something wrong with my Apple iPad ( which was certainly not the case ). Management should invest in more bandwith/powerful link.Very essential for international travellers.

The two gentleman we dealt with at the reception desk were both extremely nice and helpful. The room was spacious by European standards and we were there during a very hot week and the AC worked amazingly well. The shower had a rain shower head that was awesome. The restaurant next door was very good. The hotel is directly in front of the Cathedral and an easy walk to the main area of town. Would certainly stay here again!

breakfast was very good in a cozy location. The location of this Hotel is steps to town center and Hotel Dieu-Hospices. The bathroom/shower very nice and the air conditioner was just right.

in our room, the door hardware closure mechanisms (transom closures) should be replaced.

This was a charming hotel in the center of the old town. There is lots to see from this location and it can be done on foot. The traffic is quite light in the area and hence you can sleep with the window open. There was free parking a couple of minutes from the hotel.

A couple of comfortable chairs to sit in would have been a nice touch.

Lovely upper room with beams and nice view onto street. Seems like a v successful recent renovation that has happily retained some character in the room & lobby etc. Very clean, central, quiet, and highly walkable. Super nice helpful friendly host at reception:).
