Kyriad Annemasse - Geneve

Staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly, very welcoming and supportive. Staff even called whether daily cleaning should be provided and called 30min prior end of breakfast time as a reminder. Breakfast is simple but very good/fresh, price for it is very reasonable. Check in was extremely quick, location is central, rooms are very clean. AC is modern and works well, Parking directly in front of property without extra charge. Restaurant directly enclosed with good food at reasonable prices, ideal to just drop by.

Rooms were a tad tight, even for a budget facility, ideal for a day as lay-over for a longer trip but not ideal for a family. Road can be quite noisy during night, though door/windows are well isolated.

I really love the location and the hotel. Staff seems nice, although I rarely see anybody, despite I stay there multiple times, each month. The room is clean, nice. Silent. I like the rooms out, in the "garden". Be careful, public transport is quite far away (more than a 10 minute walk) and you might need to change a few busses to get to Geneva. By bike, you are 10 km from the Geneva City Center.

Nothing big ... just that the Air Conditioning is not cleaned ... probably for years :) and the TV remote control .... the same. But really, not a big issue.

Confy beds, nice bathroom, like new. Asked for a quiet room and got it. Friendly staff. Good breakfast (at extra cost, was worth it). Secure parking. Short distance from Geneva. Slept very wel.

Was a bit difficult to find the entrance, as only small signs. We arrived at night and was pouring with rain. From the reception to the actual rooms, you are outside. Only French TV channels. But was not a big deal.. Perfect for a stay over on our way around lake Geneva.

Having stopped here before, the hotel is a great stop over ok our route to Italy. It is functional and clean with everything you need in a no fuss way. The site is secure at night. Staff are all very helpful.

The only thing that I would raise is that some of the bathroom features are beginning to show signs of needing replacement. Radiators, door frame and shower grouting. Lots of usage and dampness are obviously to blame. No excuse though!

We have stayed here a number of times and enjoy the clean rooms and adequate breakfast. We feel confident that our car is parked in a safe environment. We enjoyed our breakfast as always, the scrambled eggs are a welcome addition.

As this is primarily a stop over on our journey from England to Italy we cant really find any problem at all with our choice of accommodation.

Great place for a stop over on the way up to the Alps, very friendly staff, and clean room and bathroom. Great restaurant on site.

We arrived earlier than expected, but the check in and reception only opened at 16:00, so we had to wait a short while . The area is in the middle of an industrial park, with lots of big shops, but is difficult to walk around as a pedestrian, especially as we were trying to find a toilet!

Good hotel with comfortable rooms. Great breakfast and good staff. They stored our bicycle in their conference room overnight. AC was nice to have during the hot spell.

If you cycle here it is hard to get to and food within walking distance was limited.

We have already stayed here twice, the rooms are small but very cozy and comfortable. You get a lot of privacy and it’s very quite. There is a kettle in the room.

If only there was a small fridge in the apartment, it would be perfect!

Stopover en route to ski resort - ideal - need the car to get back into Annemasse for a meal but compensated by the quick exit in the morning. All round pretty perfect.

Beautiful decoration, comfortable, clean, free parking, quiet, great value and amazing staff.

You need to have a car to go to the city centre, it’s far from the city.
