Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas-DFW Airport Hurst

My room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and professional. I received great service and prompt replies to my requests. I was able to relax because I felt comfortable here.

The building’s wifi was being upgraded, so naturally there was some noise. There was also work being done outside, but it was necessary maintenance, so I wasn’t really bothered by it. It was nice to see that the building’s upkeep was a priority.

Location convenient to Highway, newly renovated top floor, breakfast is robust and hot, breakfast staff kind, professional and great work ethic!

10/30 stay: Night reception staff was camped out at a table in the breakfast area with her cell phone/charging cord, talking on speaker to her friend while eating a snack. We seemed to be a bother that she had to get up and do her job to check us in. once she completed the transaction, she went straight back to her make shift office and got back on the phone with her friend. (In all of my travels, I have never seen this behavior in a hotel front reception staff.

Top Floor renovations were complete and really nicely done. Night Staff/Breakfast Staff had impeccable work ethic, kind and professional. When we arrived, there were fresh, hot cookie, snacks, beer and wine. Rooms are nice and Beds/Pillows are GREAT! Breakfast is robust and hot. Has a very nice enclosed pool, a work out room and nice fire pit area.

The previous stay (10/30) night reception desk staff was lazy and sitting at a table in the breakfast area as if it were her office or where she was bedding down for the night (like she was entitled). not something I have ever seen in all of my travels.

I like that our room was big enough for my family.

I was in room 326 and don't know if there was work being done above us but there was constant banging and stuff moving around above us during the day. Also I should tell you unless people connect those beds together y'all need to cut off those metal things that stick out the side of the bed as I got into bed last night I cut the front of my leg in the chin area gave me a good size gash I would have that looked into.

Staff was friendly and professional. Rooms and entire hotel was exceptionally clean and well cared for. Liked that the AC worked great. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was well stocked with towels and everything we needed.

Construction going on in lobby, but they did the best they could to ensure that guests weren't troubled by it too much.

It was modern, clean and quiet. The breakfast was more than continental style, with a few options beyond carbs and sugar.

The one disappointment was not being able to take a bath. I always love to soak in the tub before bed and there was no stopper in the tub. I called the desk and they didn’t have anything to use as a stopper. This, to me, is unacceptable for a facility like this. Everything else seemed well taken care of and this $2 item could not be kept in stock?

The room was spacious and clean also great lighting

The staff Michael he wanted to constantly throw up about how a bank account works as if I am a student or something because I showed my card swiped twice and he was trying to convince me that it was but one is an approval which would of been fine if he wasn't trying to belittle me I will never stay here again and make sure I let everyone else know not to as well

Front desk staff was so pleasant. Breakfast was really very tasty, a lot of options. Room was quiet even though hotel was packed. Bed was very comforting. Suite had a nice layout, although slightly dated.

Entry and common areas (not my suite) had noticeable musty odor, maybe due to ongoing renovations. With so many guests, parking was almost not available when I arrived at 10 pm; had to circle twice and ultimately took spot at far end of the building not near the entrance. Offering food trays to carry breakfast back to room would be helpful.

the shampoo, conditioner, and soap were all in bottles hanging on the wall. this is ok, but the conditioner bottle didn’t work. and the construction dumpster was noticed at 6:00 AM! not cool.

The breakfast was amazing. Huge selection, and good food. It was in a good location, easy access,and great value for the money. I really liked the indoor pool and the patio.

The room was mostly clean, but there was trash left on the floor around the edge of the bed and behind the television. The ice maker was not working on our floor, but the lady at the front desk found ice for me.
