price! too expensive! hot water for 9 dollars? you’re already rich! stop! everything cost money if u don’t have money they don’t care about you.

Loved the cleanliness of the rooms. the property is beautiful.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible. I made the mistake of washing my hair and I couldn’t get all of the soap out. It was a bummer because the bathroom is wonderful. The other disappointment was at the Mizumi restaurant. Very underwhelming for the price and our server misinformed us about items on the menu. We were told everything is meant to be shared and is served family style. Totally false. 1 mushroom for 3 people is a pretty laughable sharing experience.

resort has everything you need. there is no need to leave the property

the casino does not have a non smoking section, that’s the only drawback

amazing hotel, great restaurants, facilities and beach club. we loved our room very comfortable bed, nice view over the strip and different levels of lights to choose from ❤️

Very clean room with nice view and curtains. Excellent bed and shower. Liked night light in bathroom. Great self parking option.

The staff were all fantastic and proud to be working at the Wynn. I overheard at least 3+ people throughout my stay say something along the lines of "once you stay at the Wynn you never go back" which I learnt, was totally understandable! It is a stunning property, with a much newer and more modern feel to the rest of the strip. The restaurants were world class. The gym was a 10 out of 10!

No kettle in the room? On arrival we tried to hit up the pool but was rejected at the door due to "capacity limits".. which was frustrating seeing as there were at least 30+ free beds surrounding the cabanas which had to be booked, and the lower pool was completely closed. The gym closes at 6PM... doesnt make any sense if you're still on Australian time like we were when we arrived. We expected 24/7 gym access.

We liked the rooms. They were very clean and Spacious. The hotel and casino was really clean. And that’s what we like!! We stayed at the Bellagio and did not like the rooms, they were okay. We are planning another trip and will stay at the Wynn if it’s a good deal.

I appreciated the ease of the self check-in process. It saved so much time in line and the system allowed me to check in early at no additional charge. My room was spectacular, beautiful and comfortable. It blew me away for the price I paid. I also was obsessed with the spa. My massage therapist was one of the best I've had and the facilities were gorgeous.

My co-worker asked to check in early and was told she'd have a fee. This turned out to be a $65 "room upgrade", charged for both nights. Her room was the exact same room that I had booked for us originally so not sure what the upgrade was for. The Wynn needs more transparency here.
