Best Western Plus Hotel Terraza

The best part of our stay was definitely the staff. This hotel knows what hospitality is to a T. Every day during breakfast and during any interaction we had with the staff was always above and beyond. The hotel it self was very nice, depending on the room some are more updated than others but my favorite part is the view of the pool and landscape of the outdoor yard area and enjoying breakfast outside everyday with great weather. Also the breakfast was top notch such a different variety every single day, gives you a taste of Salvadoran cuisine like plantains and tamales while including staples like eggs and beans. Well worth the price and will definitely return to this hotel next time I'm in San Salvador.

The breakfast was the best I have tried among other BW Hotels I have visited in Canada and US. The only thing this place is missing is a good maintenance to the facilities; the shower glass doors had leaks, the door keys were failing too often, had to ask for reprogramming very often. But the staff was really nice, very helpful and kind. They made me feel very welcomed and comfortable.

Staff was excellent except from main desk no that friendly and always busy watching stuff on their laptops.. other wise the hotel is fine

Reception staff. Most of the ladies there were like not wanting to be there and always watching movies. If you would ask s9mething they would put a face like ...hello I am busy watching my movies.

breakfast very good even when more choice could attract more tourist. the hotel could be a 4 to 5 start only little be effort Very Good Hotel in the middle of every think restaurants, nocturn life, also very good doctors many specialists and this Hotel is walk distance to doctors good clinics very Good

i loved the pool and garden view even though i didn’t swim. the staff was amazing very attentive and friendly ! i liked the breakfast buffet everyday was different options and to go containers !

i didn’t like the walls are thin. i can hear the guests next to me ; the room was a double room. i didn’t like the bed was super firm no cushion. The room can use updating and paint job.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff - I checked in late evening due to my flight time and the night staff couldn't have been more helpful. This theme continued throughout my stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone else staying in San Salvador

There was a party one night and the noise continued quite late into the evening, which wasn't ideal as I had an early start the next morning

Staff was excellent, very very amables y muy amigos!! I love Mayra and the cleaning ladies they were so respectful and honest, every one treat me like if I was home! My next visit to El Salvador definitely will stay again. Thank you every one you guys were awesome.

Noice should be taking better care a bit better.

I like the location of the hotel. It was close the the places I was going to visit. The business center was open 24/7.

There was no hot water. The safe did work and there was no instruction to help me set up the safe.

they don’t let family or friends visiting you! not hot water unless you let water running for 30 minutes!
