No lifts. Pools and beach closes too early Too much walking. All restaurants not for all inclusive

First I have to say, here is a family holiday hotel. If you do not see any kids around, stay away. But if you have kids, this is quite a good place to stay. Hotel almost looks after your kids safely. All staff are very child friendly. This hotel is connected with other 2 hotels, and shares all facilities. Aqua park hotel guests can use all of the hotel facilities, spa,gym, Aqua park, beach, activities (yoga, show, etc) and 2 other hotel pools. Also Aqua park guest rooms are a little bit away from 2 theaters, where they do night shows till around 10pm. So it was good and I recommend it to the family with small kids, they need an early quiet night. I had a chance to access all 3 hotels dining, which is all buffet. All food is the same quality but depending on occupancy of each hotel, the number of choices and volume are changed. At the end we were at the Aqua park restaurant all the time. There were a lot of wild kids but sweet, it was innocent and acceptable. And we can have a meal to relax. It is the smallest dining room but most quiet.The staff are really looking after us. Depending on each hotel's occupancy (club, sea life and Aqua park hotel), it gets higher, and the food fights are much more fierce. And no order and chaos!!. You have to fight with a non English speaker but only swearing in English, was painful. At the end we are so tired and angry to fight just to get a table and decent foods, in turn of getting a variety menu. (skipping cue and taking the whole serving plate to their table, making a lot of left over on their table. This is not telling one particular family, actually a lot of them!) Beach, stunning beautiful red sea, and a long bridge are attached at the end of the club resort beach, and you can see the beautiful corals and fishes by snookering. The beach has a nice parasol bed and has a small privacy wall. Also beach bars, sandy valley ball courts,kids play and football pitch. They rented a ball and played with other guests.

The hotel property is very beautiful with plumeria trees, decorated pools and, of course, a fantastic aquapark, which was the reason we choose it in the first place. The rooms are beautiful - we had one with a little balcony. The exit to the beach is right after the pools in the "sister hotel" Charmillion Sealife Resort (they are located one opposite the other and surrounded by a common wall). The entrance to the water is also very nice and suitable for children. There is one very shallow one and then there is the bridge that leads you directly to above the reef. There the waters are already deep. We liked the food and especially liked the grill every evening (part of the dinner package). Also the freshly baked bead every morning. The stuff everywhere was amazing, nice and friendly. Everything was fantastic and we left very well rested and grateful to the welcoming stuff.

Nothing really. The snacks by the pool could be more variable and healthy, the juice could be 100 % juice and not a drink, salads could be more variable. I appreciate the food being European style but I would, may be, prefer more Egypt style salads, they are so great. Also for my daughter I would have one more type of less sweet cornflakes. But all these did not disturb us for one minute.

Their professionalism and warm hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always available to assist with any queries or requests I had, and their exceptional service truly enhanced my overall experience. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the housekeeping staff. Their attention to detail and dedication ensured that my room was always immaculate and comfortable. It was truly a pleasure to return to a clean and well-maintained space after a long day of exploring. Furthermore, I would like to extend my thanks to all the restaurant staff, chefs, and food team. The culinary delights I experienced during my stay were simply outstanding. The delectable dishes and impeccable service truly exceeded my expectations. However, I must mention that I was disappointed to find that there was no WiFi available in the rooms. In today's digital age, reliable internet access is essential for both work and leisure purposes. I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider improving this aspect in the future. Additionally, I noticed that the pools were quite cold for children. While I understand that maintaining the perfect temperature can be challenging, it would be wonderful if there could be a warmer option for the younger guests to enjoy. Once again, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service and memorable stay at your hotel. I will definitely recommend your establishment to friends and family, and I look forward to the opportunity to visit again in the future.

there are 3 hotels ( garden aqua park - club - sea life ) and you enjoy access to everything except main Resturant of the club aqua park is amazing ( working time 10-12 & 2-4 ) there are many bars and restaurants serving snacks around the clock family rooms are very wide and includes everything food is generally very tasty and a lot of varieties available snorkeling is amazing and there are a kids club at the beach so you can enjoy your time

the only negative thing is mosquitos and you can ask front office to give you a device for it

Our kids loved aquapark, the water in the sea was warm and the snorkeling at the coral reef was nice. The hotel is near the airport and not far from town either. The staff was friendly and helpful. The security in the hotel is good and it feels very safe and hustle free.

The hotel is old, the room, the shower - everything is old and outdated. The food was not good, tasteless and poor quality. The cleaning in the room was poor. The beach at sea life hotel is not good for snorkeling - too shallow. The water in the pools was very cold. The evening entertainment show needs major improvement. WiFi very poor. Mosquitos everywhere.

All the gardens are very clean and maintained . The Aquapark is very fun for kids and adults , has many attractions ,the fact that you can choose freely to eat and enjoy the pools in any of the 3 hotels is very beneficial. The staff was very nice

The breakfast was same everyday not much variety , the lunch and dinner had much more choices , the food overall was good. The room was old and bathroom as well , had smell , there were no extra blankets in a room of 5 ( only 2). No entartainment in the evenings or in the pools

It's a complex of three unseperate hotels. They upgraded us to suites and gave us a vip barclet which means you can eat ,sit and drink in any of their hotels but this maybe because the garden hotel was under renewable and its restaurant was closed. The food was good specially for vigiterians a plenty of vigiterian receipts are served in main restaurants ,best thing is Salads ,but you can find meat , chicken and fish in both lunch and dinner , one day they surved ducks and turkey another day there were crabs , and every day there is a barbeque. They have many a la carte restaurants free but with previous reservation. ,all kind of drinks are available in restaurants in the three meals . Snacks are available by aqua and sea . The show time is for one hour after dinner in two theaters same time but animation teams need improvement . The room was wide and tidy , aircondition was loud voice and they provide you in room was every single tool you may need including toothbrush and paste, shoes bolisher and needles . Last remark , club hotel was the newest, luxeriest and has the biggest reception and restaurant .

The sea was rocky as most of sharm hotels , but snorkling was great but you have to get your tools with you. I hope if they could provide snorkling tools for guests. It will be better if they can change the show time for one of the two so one starts after the end of other one.

We had amazing experience with Charmillion Gardens Aquapark. The rooms was super clean I would like to say that Mohamad all time prepare different decorations from towels and flowers, we love it. Food in restaurant was very delicious and stuff was very nice with huge attention to guests. Life guards was very professional and nice in all 3 hotels (sea life, club and aquapark). Reception was very supportive and helpful specially would like to say thank you for Rabih, Mohamad, Moustafa and Karim. Animation team was great in booth hotels (sea life and club) with a lot of activities and shows. Territory is very clean and nice. Barmen's in all bars was amazing. We will defiantly come again to this hotel and we will recommend it to all our friends. Thank you for amazing vacation!

WiFi is only in reception

Every thing was very good specially the staff of the restaurant, them was very friendly and cooperatively, this was the 2nd time for me visiting Charmillion Gardens Aquapark, The aqua park is amazing, my kids liked it so much. And I want to send special thanks to: Mr. Emil Sobhy, Mr. Abd El Rahim, Mr. Mahmoud Raslan, and Master Chef Ibrahim Albaradie. also I want to thank Reda from Housekeeping.

It is not allowed to use Pool after sunset, "Entertainment Team" need to be more active, "Receptions Staff" need to be more friendly, specially in rush time,
