My recent stay at Serenity Fun City Hotel in Hurghada, Egypt, was an absolute delight. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way, offering a perfect blend of fun, luxury, and outstanding service. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, with Ahmed Abdul Menaem standing out for his exceptional service. Throughout my stay, Ahmed went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was nothing short of perfect. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the Aqua Park. This water paradise was a haven of excitement for both adults and children. From thrilling water slides to lazy rivers and refreshing pools, the Aqua Park provided endless entertainment and laughter. The attention to cleanliness and safety measures was evident, giving me peace of mind while enjoying the water attractions. The hotel itself offered a luxurious and comfortable experience. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could desire. I found myself feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after a restful night's sleep. When it came to dining, Serenity Fun City Hotel surpassed all expectations. The diverse range of culinary options available was impressive, and the food quality was exceptional. From international cuisine to local delicacies, each meal was a gastronomic delight. The attentive restaurant staff catered to my dietary preferences with utmost care. This is our first time in Egypt. I did not expect so much. Many people said that the tourists have to be careful. But the real Egypt in my eyes are totally different from what I read on the internet. There are only few people trying to be tricky. But 99% of the people are nice and polite. The epyptian are very on time. Tours are well-organized. Serenity fun city hotel are one of the best hotel that I have been around the world. They are good in every way! Just visit them and enjoy.

The staff is friendly, professional, and cheerful. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the pool and aqua park are amazing.

The food was okay but not exceptional, it could be better.

This is my 3rd visit to the resort and it is still as solid as it was. Good rooms, good pools, lovely aqua park and theme park. Excellent food in terms of quality and variety. Make sure to experience the natural sea jacuzzi spots at the beach during low tide.

Air conditioning needs to be improved a little. Sea and beach waste needs stronger attention. Lazy river schedule needs more flexibility to accommodate the demand volume. You must pay attention to your beach towels, specially by the pool, as it disappeared twice, 1st time I couldn't find out who took it and the pool team replaced it for me, while the 2nd time it was taken by the people sitting next to me and I took it back from them.

Everything exceeding any of your expectation Big nice pools , very nice aqua park for teens and adults organised ,safe & diversified games , anther separate small aqua for kids , several playgrounds mini football , table tennis Food is great, every meal have wide variety and all are tasty , snacks are supper , drinks at many locations from 7 am till 2 am Animation team is professional, specially night programs , every night new good shows Hotel staff are supper , helpful, smiling, doing thier best to every guest , on top Mr. Ahmed Mo'en front desk manager , he make my family vacation really a dream I deeply recommend this hotel to any family want to spend vacation in egypt and 10 out of 10 is deserved

Cleanliness. Staff has a great hospitality, very supportive, always smiling ,friendly and helpful. As a nice gesture we were promoted to deluxe rooms without even asking for :-) Amazing aqua park, not crowded and very well supervised. Food variety, quality and taste are just great. Different show every night "outsourced" Shuttle bus is available all day to take us to the beach without any difficulties. Various snacks that tastes really good. Beach is rocky so not suitable for small kids to play in the sand, but we were targeting swimming and snorkeling so we enjoyed as never before and didn't feel the problem of the rocks

Hotel animation team is unnoticeable except like 20 min in the evening performing 2 dances and that's it.. Rooms need renovation specially bathrooms. Hotel website says there're 8 free tickets for Luna park upon arrival, we didn't get them and we were informed that the policy has changed although it wasn't updated on the website so we had to buy tickets. Week WiFi service

The room was clean. The pools, Aqua Park, and Luna Park area were amazing. All the service was so organized and perfect. The staff was so friendly to us and very helpful on any occasion. Especially Ahmed from the buffet, it really made our vacation better. And the buffet itself was more than our expectations. The food was so delicious and there were so many varieties every day.

Everything , i would like to thank all the nice staff , the most welcoming staff in hurgada I would like to specially mention emad and ahmed from the reciption staff , ahmed from the concierge, mohamed from the housekeeping, waleed from the aqua area staff , and of course mr sherif sabry from the management Was a perfect vacation , definitely will be back again

The kids club can be improved if you renew the games and use all the closed areas

The staff are very friendly and willing to help at all times. The water park is amazing. The food is very good, with a variety of options and generous amounts. The place is very kids friendly with lots of activities to do all day long.

Carrying the floaters all the way up is hard, and maybe a solution should be considered to mechanically move them up the towers by the slides.

the hotel staff are very nice always trying their bit to make everything personalized the facilities at the resort are amazing something for everyone to do. the kids and adults can enjoy the water park and then the animation crew gets the kids involved in stuff and you have time to yourself the food is very good excellent spread of cuisines

the water temperature in the shower is Luke warm i asked someone to come and check but they told that its the same temperature maintained by all hotels. i was under the impression that we could eat at any of the Restaurant but later realized that as part of all inclusive option on the buffet option was available to me. Maybe this was my misunderstanding but something one should be aware of.
