Jaz Aquaviva

It was an awesome hotel, a lot of things to do, the beach was a short bus ride away and the facilites on the beach were great. The evening entertainment was amazing! I would also like to commend some personnel for ensuring our stay was pleasant. In the main restaurant, Ahmed Elsawy was always giving good vibes for each of the meals while making sure we have everything we need. Our room was clean and had fun towel animal arrangements masterfully done by Ahmed Elomda. For our evening relaxation in the bar Ismail Kotb was ensuring we are not without a drink. Great experience, would recommend and go again myself.

Cleanliness, range of facilities, heated pools and water park, tennis and infinity pool. Michael at the recpetion was exceptional, helped out our friend when she broke her foot and needed medical attention. I have uploaded videos on utube, can be seen by searching jaz aquaviva february

Hotel didn't give us information about blocking car companies coming to the resort. We booked through booking.com and hotel refused our transfer to come to the hotel, very ingenuous of them.

Aqua park is the most distinguished thing in Jaz Aquaviva. I like they have different aqua parks for different ages. Food variety and quality were excellent. I love how clean the hotel was. Beach bar is very good ( I love pizza man). I love some of a very dedicated persons from staff (Mr Ibrahim from main restaurant and Gouda El Sayed from the bar). Room service was very good. Safety is very good.

The hotel seems to have over the capacity. I met a difficulty in finding a place on the beach and the aqua park as well. Some of the staff were not professional enough to deal with all in the same manner. It seems that non Egyptians may have a special treatment. Aqua park bar need to have a higher quality.

beach was not good, they charged me more for my own kids, no clear information before rides to take off watch of camera I surprised when life guard instructed not to use came & said it’s not allowed but I got the best reviews about hotel from youtube means they allowed to other guests to use camera while riding slides

I like the staff they have make a fun Training in the pool ad also i love the night show also the Spa

Te peach is fare from jaz and most of us we travel to Hurgada to see the red see and swming diving i didnt get moore information for that . Te Spa is more expensive for Egyptian so they need fees for Egyptian to enjoy because it is very nice but not all of us can do that

Room was very nice and clean. breakfast always awesome, lunch and dinner sometimes not meeting the expectations. snacks are the best with variety. staff are friendly and always supportive.

the toilet in reception area was messed up, and in very bad condition regarding cleaning .

I loved everything about jaz aquaviva it’s my second visit and again went above and beyond for us as always. The staff are impeccable, the food is mostly great, the cleanliness is perfect also the kids slides are amazing the stunning pools and great activities could be a bit more on for kids at evening but apart from that it was Amazing.

Entertainment is quite poor especially in the evenings feel more catered to adults with a singer just singing repetitive songs aimed towards elderly people I personally felt the kids was bored at evening times not days as there is so much to do in the day with the pools and slides but the entertainment wasn’t as great as last year the shows were only on 20mins to half an hour and then over and was of poor quality there was nothing for kids at night apart from a games room that cost a lot that was the only downfall personally the kids team should be doing more for the kids and the entertainment needs improving.

It is a beautiful hotel with a lot if excellent facilities and staff that makes sure that you have everything you could possibly need or want. We would like to give a special mention to Abd Elwahab on reception, he was extremely friendly and helpful! Went extra mile and more! Also, housekeeper Samir was so friendly, smiling and made the most amazing towel animals every day! We traveled with friends, so asked for the rooms close to each other which was done. We had rooms with Seaview which were close to the heated pool and aquapark. Quiet and in great location! We were checked in very quickly and our bags were brought to the room as we came in, no waiting at all! We came in first week of February and weather was lovely. Plenty of sunshine, a bit of wind and in the morning and evening you will need a jumper. Food: Plenty of choices in the main restaurant and snacks in the pool bars, you won't be hungry. With our stay we had an Al a carte and we chose Paprika Italian restaurant. OMG! It's was the best meal we've ever had! Every dish is perfect and they even prepped a soup from scratch for my partner as he couldn't have garlic and didn't like any other starters. It was over and above! Service was instant, no glass was ever empty and e didn't need to wait for anything! Just outstanding! Entertainment: There are a few activities around on top of the aquapark. The entertainment team works hard to engage you and we enjoyed stretching class, zumba, volleyball and table tennis. There are many more things and you can join in or just chill, up to you. Evening Entertainment was good (outside hire), we especially enjoyed the Brazil dancers and the acrobats and knife throwing, they were amazing! One night was disappointing as something went wrong and planned entertainment was cancelled last minute, but things happen.

WiFi needs improving. Entertainment location and seating would be best where the stage is located. It would be less windy, more seating and people would use Al a carte restaurants more as they can watch from there. If not, then for the colder months you need heaters, otherwise it becomes uncomfortable. Minibar shouldn't have anything chargeable. It is a 5 star all inclusive hotel, they're shouldn't be any restriction. I would remove snacks all together and leave water and juices free of charge.

Beds and pillows were not comfortable, amenities were cheap(shower gel, shampoo 2 in 1 in 5 starshotel, food had a lot of variety but quality was not good especially the drinks and the coffee.

Everything was beautiful, really everything.

Only one thing was irritating, the house keeper kept begging for money indirectly and till the second I left and was going to check out, he even ran after me to the stairs and asking if I’m leaving or not (while holding my bags and obviously leaving). Then during the checkout, the man told me I used a red wine bottle from the mini bar but I didn’t, and apparently the house keeper was saying so just because I did it give him any tips or money during my stay, I was with my kids and we didn’t touch the mini bar, but that action was not acceptable.
