24H reception, solid breakfast, large rooms, view on Nile with a large balcony, comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel stuff was extraordinary helpful. The interior looks like an old solid American hotel. We felt very comfortable and safe.

The location and the view was terrific.
The security is a bit annoying even if they consider that for the guests safety. The security staff should learn how to smile. In addition, some ...only some of the reception team should be a bit professional. The room key weirdly required activation everyday! I was sure that I kept away from my cellphone.

The staff were nice, courteous and very helpful. The hotel was clean. The cleaning lady Azzah was very very nice, she even found my mouse and brought it me when I checked out. They just need to have air conditioning in the elevator and faster internet service.
The internet was very slow, no internet outside or in the lobby, just in the room. The elevators were very slow and no air conditioning throughout the hotel except your room...my toilet was leaking from the first day (I stayed 5 nights) they didn't come to fix it until the 3rd day and it was not fixed properly, it was still leaking and it was smelly. The breakfast was a joke, the food is not worth the 5 dollars a day that I paid for.

The view is great, size of room is reasonable Receptionists are very supportive
Toilet was smelly Water pressure changes in a very bad way, and it was cut for almost 30 minutes. The balcony glass door is not sufficient blocking noise from street. it was a very noisy night. TV contains max 6 channels, I don't know if it's different from a room to another. Furniture is very very old. It was an experience to be forgotten.
