Cairo Pyramids Hotel

Really lovely hotel with a pool and restaurant by the pool which was great as many are cold and air con and not close to nature. loved sitting at the restaurant watching the sunset. the restaurant was also really accommodating and friendly and made me a vegan gluten free meal

the room next door were smoking a lot right next to me when i was trying to practice yoga in my verandah area so no privacy

Very pleasant stay in a 5 star hotel right by the pyramids. I enjoyed my stay so much and was being attended to by professional well trained staff. My special thanks to the managers: mr ali from the front desk and mr abdel ghaffar the duty manager, also the kind f&b managers. The room was very clean and the sheets changed daily. Breakfast was also delicious. The gardens are so relaxing and well kept. Live music by the pool in the evening.Thank you mr walid gm for reviving this beautiful hotel.It was a great pleasure.Looking forward to my next visit inshallah.

Location is excellent. Staff are very friendly. Grounds are well maintained and the pools are big and clean.

The room heater was very noisy

Its very good hotel... All hotel staff nice and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable... Really the reception guys were amazing, especially smiley faces: Niveen, Alaa,and Mostafa Elsawy, they absolutely top notch, friendly, efficient.

I just checked out this morning after spending two amazing nights. The first person whom I met was (Hossam) in the reception area and I would say that he is professional, helpful, supportive, smiling, polite and very quick in finishing my check in process (just 2 min.). The pool is clean, the room is neat and attractive. The food in general was tasty, fresh and great. The wifi in the room and in all the hotel areas has a strong signal. The garden looks beautiful and has a good look. Definitely, The hotel will be my first choice in the future

Friendly and accommodating stuff.Great and safe location.value for money All inclusive with really good food.great rooms comfortable beds and clean. Free water at all times given to you.Nice pool and cafe bar by the pool. Definitely prefer Giza over downtown cairo for your stay much safer and good views.always get taxis .

Wonderful staff especially reception mostafa Elsawy he was very helpful and made everything quick and accurate so thanks for everything

Air conditioner was very bad and furniture so old and there was no safe boxes available in the room but the reception handled everything.

Everything was good Reception, pool, rooms and restaurant Food varieties were good in all meals Thanks to Hadeel in the reception she is was very nice and helpful Thanks to Mr HANY manager in the restaurant for being very nice to us he is an amazing manager
