My recent stay at the Hilton Hotel was nothing short of delightful. Everything from the moment I stepped in until the moment I checked out was smooth and enjoyable. But what truly elevated this experience was the exceptional service, particularly the act of kindness from Mr. Wael, the manager. The breakfast was a true gastronomic feast. An abundance of fresh and delicious options catered to any taste, and the service was attentive and efficient. Every detail was perfectly organized, making for a stress-free and enjoyable start to each day. However, the highlight of my stay came when I absentmindedly dropped my wallet in the lobby. Imagine my panic when I realized it was gone! But thanks to Mr. Wael's honesty and diligence, my fears were quickly quelled. He not only found my wallet but also took the initiative to track me down and personally return it to me. Such exceptional care and professionalism went above and beyond the call of duty and truly exemplified the spirit of hospitality. This experience solidified my positive impression of the Hilton Hotel. It's not just about the comfortable rooms and delicious food; it's about the people who make the difference. Mr. Wael's act of kindness turned a pleasant stay into a memorable one, showcasing the true value of excellent customer service. All the staff were great and Ms. Rowan as well (Relation Manager) was always around the lobby making sure that all is going fine. If you're looking for a hotel that offers not only comfort and convenience but also genuine care and dedication to its guests, then the Hilton Hotel is the perfect choice. And if you're lucky enough to be assisted by Mr. Wael, consider your stay an even greater privilege. Highly recommend!

The only thing that the room was far from the elevator and my mother found it a bit tiring to walk all the distance more than once daily from the elevator to the room.

My stay at Hilton King's Ranch was absolutely incredible, leaving me breathless with its impeccable service and luxurious amenities. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who seemed genuinely dedicated to making my experience unforgettable. The room itself was nothing short of perfection, with its tasteful décor, and spacious layout. The staff were so friendly, especially the staff at the Business Lounge. Special thanks to Ms. Gehad El Sayed for her heartwarming smile, attentiveness, and hospitality. I would also like to thank Ms. Howaida at the Business Lounge. The hotel's amenities were a dream come true with the stunning outdoor pool. The dining options at Hilton King's Ranch were simply divine, with a variety of options catered to different tastes. The pastries, waffles, and desserts were mouthwatering. Overall, my stay at Hilton King's Ranch was an unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to return for another slice of this heavenly haven.

The room was quite comfortable. Unfortunately there were no sleepers and word robe and other things that should be in a 5* hotel (dental kit and others). But still the stuff tried to solve this problem in a very kind way.

While making a tour around the SPA i find out that the massage rooms wasn't cleaned after the previous guests and it's not a good idea to show the guest SPA zone in such a unsightly appearance (with used towels on the floor and unwashed dishes after wedding party). Hope, you'll take it into account.

Facilities, relexation, welcomming, executive launge was developed and quality of food was v good

Weddings are v noisy with high loud speekers and to v late hours and all rooms are distrubed w noise this is a relaxing hotel not a wedding hall, so either weddings to finish early, or loudspeekers to be lower, or weddings to be in a seperate place In addition check in was v late, and house keepers were not enough to finish on time which made guests nervous and reception v crowded w lauggage and guests

The place was clean and the rooms were also clean and very spacious. I enjoyed the spa very much. It was quite big and very comfortable with nice amenities. I would love to have the possibility to stay a couple of more nights.

The food service took very long in general. I order food at the swimming pool bar and room service. Both times it took a considerable amount of time. 1 hour in the swimming pool (paella) and nearly 45 min for room service (for Club Sandwich)

Very good assortment, fresh and tasty. Would prefer other types of bread, not only made of wheat, due to gluten intolerance.

As during my first stay, there were issues with the maintenance of the shower. This time the handle of the shower tap was missing. Printed toilet seat band as evidence of being sanitised was missing.

The view. Room size, Breakfast open buffet, bathroom amenities. Mr. Sweify is excellent. Mr. Moemen in Executive lounge is is excellent.The open area in the main restaurant . The terrace area.

Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom Towels are old and worn . Once the main restaurant serve 2 meals only, better to longer the breakfast time for one hour at least d’URL ring week-end, as this place for relaxation and comfort

There were less Vegan or Vegetarian options. This can be improved. Also basic amenities like slipper (Tiles floor was damn cold) or bathrobs or vanity kits or shoe polish were missing. This are normally provided from equally priced or other chain of hotels
