Le Parc Hotel, Beyond Stars

Well decorated and very clean. Shower is really good, in fact it was the best we’ve had in Ecuador. Everyone is very nice at the hotel and always ready to help.

Not a dislike but the hotel was not easy to spot from the road, on our arrival the taxi driver overshot it and had to turn back.

Very lovely boutique hotel! The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. The beds were soooooooo comfortable, I didnt want to get out of them in the morning :). I really enjoyed my stay.

There is a bar above the hotel, so the room on the 12th (top) floor was quite noisy. I could hear the music from the bar, the movement of chairs, the steps etc. It was quiet after 1 a.m., though :)

This is nice hotel with an amazing staff. They went out of their way to be accommodating to us. The room was nice and a good size with a great bathroom.

It was my fault, but I didn't realize that this hotel isn't close to the historic district. However, the area around the hotel is nice and lively and has a lot of eating options.

The staff at the Le Parc Hotel in Quito took amazing care of me when I had a dental issue. They found me a dentist and made my appointment. I was delighted with that. But then they had a someone walk me to the dentist and explain the situation. Then he came back for me a couple hours later and walked me to the pharmacy before bringing me safely back to the hotel. I want to feel this cared for the rest of my life.

I knew in advance there would be construction, I wasn’t expecting my room to be right next to it.

Location was great, and the facilities at the room were very good as well. Everything was super clean. Breakfast was varied, though not exceptional.

As I was traveling for work, having a gym was an important aspect of my stay. The gym was undergoing a restoration - which would usually be fine, but I wasn't informed when I booked the room.

The staff were very helpful & polite and went out of their way to sort out a bill discrepancy. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The added hot water bottle was a lovely touch.

The cloying scent everyone. The roses were a nice touch but it seemed that they used an essence or perfume as well and it was really overpowering.

The location of the property in the business area of Quito was ideal to access restaurants and shops.

Le Parc used an air freshener in the main foyer and in the common passageways of the hotel which was overpowering. We would recommend using less of this substance.

Safe location. Large and neatly designed room, shower and amenities. Nice touches with warm water bottle in bed every night. Fast elevators. Good food in resto.

Spacious room, and bathroom. Super friendly staff. Very confortable bed. Great location.

The wifi was not very strong and I ended up not using it at all, but I had phone service so it was not a big issue for me.

Good location with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, public transportation. The hotel had a pleasant appearance but not very nice views from the 4th floor of our building.

The bathroom was poorly designed with no counter space and strange mirror positioning. No mirror in the main bedroom area. We were thankful for one water bottle at the beginning of our stay, but no other amenities for the other 2 days/nights of our stay. Only one toilet paper roll in the bathroom, so we felt like we did not want to run out so we did not have to go through the bother of calling to bring us another one. No box of tissues either in the bathroom or bedroom.
