Convenient, close to shopping centers and restaurants + two of the front seat staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Anyi and the Yonge lady in glasses… Be sure to ask for their help :)))

Wifi wasn’t strong and there was a lot of interruptions. No running water in unit for several hours the first afternoon, made things a bit uncomfortable, however it was resolved ..

The place was great has a pool, casino and night club. The breakfast was good as well. It has great AC and parking.

There was no hot water and when things weren’t working there wasn’t much communication from the staff to the client.

The property was wonderful but I had a problem with your taxi service . I paid for the taxi to pick me up from the airport he was a no show I called several times but I could not get anyone on the phone . How do I go about getting my mi ey refunded ??

THEY DO NOT ACTUALLY HAVE A POOL. ITS MORE LIKE AN ENLARGED FOUNTAIN BED. THIS IS BECAUSE THE LAYOUT IS FOR THE NIGHTCLUB THEY RUN IN THE EVENING. NO LOUNGE CHAIRS, NO TOWEL SERVICE,, NO SERVICE BAR NOR WAITER SERVICE. NO DEPTH DESIGNATION NUMBERS ON THE POOL, (DANGEROUS FOR CHILDREN), NO ACCESS LADDER FOR THE YOUNG OR OLD.........THEY NEED TO RENEGOTIATE THEIR AGREEEMENT WITH WHOEVER RUNS THE NIGHT CLUB SO THEY CAN BETTER SERVE THEIR HOTEL CLIENTS. ITS SIMPLY A BUSINESS DECISION THEY HAVE TO MAKE....I AM TRAVELING WITH MY GRANDCHILDREN & WIFE NEXT MONTH. I WILL NOT BE ATTENDING THIS HOTEL.... ONLY GOOD FOR A SHORT STAY.......GOOD SECURITY & PRIVACY POLICY & FRIENDLY STAFF.....TAKE THE POOL OPTION OFF THE AMENETIES THEY OFFER, IT IS MISLEADING.

THE RELATIONSHIP THEY HAVE WITH THE POOL/RESTAURANT. IT SEEMS THAT RAMADA DOES NOT CONTRO; THE POOL. THERE ISA SEPARATE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE POOL/BAR/RESTAURANT, ( BAR SEATING) & THE HOTEL. RAMADA SHOULD CONTROL THE ENTIRE PROCESS. AFTER ALL, THIS IS WHAT THEY SELL WITH VENDORS & THE NET. WHATEVER THE BUSINESS AGREEMENT SHOULD NOT AFFECT MY STAY. MY WIFE & I ARE TRAVELING NEXT MONTH TO THE DR & SHE WILL NOT ACCEPT THOSE CONDITIONS, THUS WE WILL GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL.

Everything was fine, no issue at all, the front desk people are very friendly and the security guys. I would love be there again. Do they have Jacuzzi rooms there too? If you have any promotion for second week of July

Just the Evaders, keys have issued working on some time.

Room was good, clean and big. the room came without TV control and 1 bottle of water. I spoke to the reception and gave me 4 bottles of water and the TV was replaced. the hot water you may have to wait since takes time but so far everything is ok.

This is not an updated resort hotel, but a clean, comfortable, safe business hotel. My room was very big, comfortable bed, great bathroom, and wonderful. security. I never heard the Club music nor was I ever bothered by the casino. Breakfast was good and it varied everyday. Hot and cold options. The staff were delightful and attentive. Not fancy, but perfect for me. Great location with access to main avenues. Ubers and Didi’s are quite inexpensive.

Customer care needs people in front desk to at least speak a little english. For tourists this makes it difficult to e press what you are trying to say. Need more reception with the knowledge of English.

Ramada Hotel is fantastic Hotel! Great cutomer support from beginning to end of the process. The team are really informed and go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly. I would love to extend a special thanks to Katherine Justo whom went more than the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Thanks a million Katherine you rock.
