The hotel was brilliant, the room was lovely and clean, had everything I could need. The restaurants were amazing food, good staff and good service. The bar was fair price for a hotel bar and nice drinks too. The staff were pleasant and helpful whenever they could. I would definitely recommend to stay here again.

The only slight complaint was having to walk through a busy restaurant to get to my room access, I felt it was more rude to the other guests. It was really not a problem though but if I had to choose something that would be it

Perfect Location when you are travelling by public transport, located near to central station, Vejle Fjord and central passage. Quite nice wok dishes in Oasia restaurant with afordable price. Check out until 12.

Hotel does not have plastic segregation which is a bit dissapointing for a 4star hotel located near to Okolariet museum which promotes ecology, so we had to carry plastic to public trashes. Ramp for troleys should be better marked, otherwise you need to carry bags over stairs. Breakfest and drinks were quite expensive. Jacobsen restaurant was closed and bisteka was quite pushy and you couldent order wok there even they said we can order from Oasia menu. Would be nice to have fridge in the room. Carpet in the room asked for cleaning.

Nice location, friendly staff and clean well presented room. The restaurant is great too. Perfect day trip from here to Lego House Bilund.

Great location. We travel by train and only 3 minutes from station - perfect for us. Lovely friendly well mannered staff. Good tasty breakfast. Nice very good clean room.

Very good clean room but need make some repair. Like paint walls(looks old) and paint the pipes in the bathroom (rust on them)

A very nice hotel, friendly staff, spacious rooms , easy access to several restaurants within the same building. Free parking at the basement.

It's not easy to find it when you drive by car. Somewhat more expensive compared to other Best Western hotels we used to stay. At the morning the traffic noise was quite loud. The elevator system is made in a very strange way that in order to reach my floor I had to switch to another elevator.

Great stay, lovely room, quiet and a fabulous bath, breakfast was great and the dining area was airy and light.

The check in process. I somehow got ignored when sitting waiting for other guests to check in and had to wait longer for guests who don't have the good manners to be in a queue, nor did the receptionist clock those waiting.

I had a Business room which was very comfortable and spacious, breakfast was good, I would recommend this hotel.

I had room 401, there is a metal staircase next to the room and you can hear people going up and down the stairs which can be frustrating in the early hours of the day.

Great central location with underground heated and secure parking. Great choice of 3 restaurants. My particular favourite is the Japanese. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Nothing to complain about. The people and atmosphere is always chilled.

It was a wonderful experience to stay in the hotel. The service was excellent. The suite was clean and quite. I would definitly recommend this hotel for a stay in Vejle.

A good location 30km from Billund, good breakfast and a nice Italian restaurant with a great selection of food and wine, also the Japanese restaurant is great
