Being British there were no breakfast tea bag options in my room. The milk was limited and I needed to ask for more, and my cups were not replaced one day. That aside it was a comfortable stay, the bed was fine. Reception staff were a little bit grumpy at checkin explaining their long day .. I get that, we all have to work !!.. but I couldn’t make it better for him, and I’d rather have been greeted with a smile and a more positive welcome to such a superb city, which I love .

Very good location, near all the main sights we wanted to visit. Clean and tidy room and well prepared breakfast. The staff was very helpful and fast, especially to clean the tables for the breakfast, in order to accomodate all guests.

The room was relatively small for a 4 member family. The parking facility was a bit far from the hotel, which in rainy days caused a bit trouble to reach it. The breakfast dining room was small and inefficient to accomodate many guests. At peak hours there was waiting queue for someone to take breakfast.

Very modern hotel with incredibly comfortable bed! The room was ok with the size. Hot chocolate/tea and kettle are available in the room. Perfect and tasty breakfast with a good choice of food. Possible to leave luggage for free after check-out. Good location, supermarket is 3mins walking from the hotel, not far from both the central station and historical center of the city.

I had a room at the highest floor with an entrance to the roof. When it was raining the water was dripping from the celling nearby the window. Lots of people at the breakfast, sometimes difficult to fin a free table. A little stuffy with the window closed.

The location is perfect, about a 20 minute walk to the best bakeries, shopping street, museums/galleries. Very clean and cosy room. It's also possible to rent a bike from the hotel for a day, but the DonkeyRepublic bike service is a little cheaper. Highly recommend!

The room was quite small for 3 people. One of the bed was a double and the other was the couch. Luckily, you could pull out the couch, but you then had to climb on the bed to get to the other side of the room. There was no room for walking. There was no air conditioning and the street noise was quite loud. There was thankfully a fan, but we ended up waking up very early to close the window.

This is a great hotel located close to the central train station and providing easy access to the city centre on foot. The room was comfortable and just the right size with all needs met e.g. hairdryer, toiletries etc. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly; they are just lovely. Reception made check in straightforward and were accommodating when we arrived early, letting us keep our luggage in the luggage room. Breakfast was awesome! There was a great, varied selection to choose from and the pancakes on the weekend mornings were outstanding!

We chose this hotel based on the reviews and its location which was perfect and made getting around Copenhagen really easy. Additionally, having on site bike rentals was an added bonus to literally get us everywhere from morning until late night. The staff was so welcoming and helpful with all of my questions and while the rooms were cozy, it was all we needed since we did not spend much time in the room as the city has so much to offer. It was an added bonus that our room was ready when we arrived in the morning after an overnight flight from America. The hotel staff was always quick to respond with my pre-arrival questions and provided very good information about getting to the hotel from the airport as well. Thanks for helping make our trip a success!

Honestly not a lot to say here.

After I booked this hotel I was a bit scared because I started looking through the reviews and people were quite unhappy about different things. Once we arrived, it was as we expected and saw in the picture, the room was very clean, colorful and spacious: most places found in Copenhagen are small, very small or very expensive, if the space increases. Even the bathroom was spacious enough 🙂. This was a perfect choice for value and location vs. price. We also rented bikes from the hotel at a very good price compared to what you can find on Bolt. The staff was very nice and helpful when needed. The location is perfect.

The only thing that was strange were the beds. It was like we were sleeping on water mattresses. After first night we got the hang of them, but still...they were like jelly 😂

+ Excellent location - 10 minutes from the Central station and and an excellent hub for tourist exploration of the city of Copenhagen, superb breakfast, very kind staff, very clean hotel, good value for money, it seems that Booking.com guest are treated with extra care.

- The room a bit too small (but properly named at Booking.com as 'Small Twin', and nothing is missing for your comfortable stay), some minor mistakes from the staff (in the evening you request and get extra blankets from the reception, in the morning they remove it from the room, so the nest evening you can try all over again).

The hotel was overall great. The location was perfect, at the city centre and within walking distance to most of all touristic attractions. The room was very small, but comfortable enough. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was the most complete I've seen in a while, with plenty of options for also gluten and lactose-free visitors, which was a great surprise. I'd recommend it!

The walls in the room were extremely thin and poorly isolated and so it was a bit colder than it should be (which we couldn't do nothing about as you could not regulate the heating at all) and also you could hear everything happening next door pretty loud, which was a bit annoying.

Well equipped room, with excellent blackout curtains. Breakfast room was well organised and breakfast staff helpful and professional. Liked the room at the back because of construction at the front. Reception staff helpful. Good location for sightseeing.

Housekeeping did not always replenish tea/coffee/milk, so we had to collect from reception. On one day my wife wished to shower at around 16.30 before our evening out, but the room had not been serviced. My wife told reception, they contacted housekeeping but it was an hour before the room was done.
