Excellent location, close to everything, yet no noise disturbance. Stylish hotel with spacious rooms. Special type of light switches, but fun. Friendly staff. Extensive breakfast with many options (some of which are vegan).

There's no chair in the room even though there was one on the photos when I booked the room. This is a bit inconvenient as there's no place to sit down except on the bed, which you might not want to do while still dressed.

Its a new, hip hotel; the gym and sauna were nice; and breakfast area was quite good and very convenient.

We had a dark 2 level room at first but we were able to be switched to a completely different type of room in the same XL class after 1 night. The change helped a lot, however our new 3rd floor room was over a street that had partying noises until at least 3am every night. This may be problematic for future guests.

Great new Hotel, fun interior design and everything is new. Well located and friendly reception. Breakfast is good as well.

There is no proper offloading area if you arrive in a car. Plus quite a few stairs to deal with to get into the reception if you arrive with a lot of luggage. This I wouldn’t mind if they had some sort of help but nobody is able to help with the luggage. Also a small detail, the Breakfast staff was clearly overwhelmed when we were there so asking for even just a cappuccino seemed like an unwelcomed request. There were nice people in between but certainly a few people there who seemed to hate their job.

We stayed at the hotel on its second day of being open. it’s a gorgeous hotel with really clean facilities. The staff were so accommodating, especially the bar and front desk staff. They made our stay in Copenhagen really special. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone!

No kettle, coffee etc in the room. No bottle of water in the minibar, minimum ementies (no hair conditioner)

the room(s) was amazing. I loved the use of space, the shower and the sink wash area., open plan feel. The Hotel is gorgeous, it's right up my street; quirky & modern; old & new vibe; bold & miss-match of patterns & textiles.. I look loads of pics..ideas for own home. We had cocktails, tasted like they had booze in em. We didn't get to eat at the restaurant, we'd left it too late.

the restaurant closed early I felt. the kitchen stopped at 9pm, which I felt was a little early. We'd been out looking around and wanted to come back at eat around 9:30 or 10pm. Alot of places seemed to be like that. We ended up not eating that evening anywhere. I also thought the price of the Hotel was a tad expensive. It is a nice Hotel and should have a premium price tag, but not as much as it does.

Excellent breakfast choices. Wonderful staff. Comfortable bed with quality bedding. Free mini bar was brilliant. The hotel is wonderful with lots of quirky bits.

I didn't like the noisy awakening on Monday morning by the construction workers next door - we had not been forewarned about the works.

25hours Hotel is a beautiful 243 room boutique hotel situated in a 19th century building - previously a factory and university - in Kopenhagen's historical centre near the round Tower, the shopping streets and the viby Noerreport station. The interior is modern, colourful, different and cozy. We stayed in a King room which was spacious, comfortable and tastefully done. Everything was perfect in this room: the spacious shower, the small fridge which was stocked up daily on request, the comfortable bed, the airconditioning, the lights, the bluetooth speaker, the free high speed WiFi. Restaurant NENI is not to be missed! We enjoyed wonderful food (the taste was to die for!) and the best service here. And so are the Assembly Bar, a perfect place for a quick coffee or a drink and snacks. We were hooked on the delicious snacks. Last but not least: The staff of 25hours Hotel was extremely friendly and we received impeccable service all the time. I highly recommend this absolutely amazing hotel.

Breakfast was exceptional. Everything about the hotel was unique but let down by housekeeping which was erratic. Liked the free minibar but it was not replenished every day. Location was excellent. Kettle provided. Good hairdryer. Separate loo, shower and sink in room suited us as a couple of friends. Iced water in reception. Extra towels in reception to help yourself. Extra space in Superior room was useful

Housekeeping. Room floor not clean when arrived and not cleaned for two days. You had to ask for cleaning every day and for a refill for the minibar although it should happen automatically. Some days the tea and coffee was replenished and somedays it wasn't. Towels were changed sometimes but once only one set was changed. Coffee filter wasn't left one day. Cups not cleaned another day. Totally erratic. Bed comfortable, linen a bit rough. Instructions needed for Aircon and lights.

We chose this hotel, after diligent research, for two reasons: location and quirkiness and we were not at all disappointed on either count. The location is the best possible, in the centre but on a quiet square. Walking distance to all the sights in 4 directions. Could not have been better. No shortage of good restaurants around and a supermarket across the square. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist in an eclectic lobby and reception. Loved our room: spacious, great decor, comfy ample beds, excellent shower, cute touches. Copenhagen is expensive and the hotel was a touch above our usual price range, but the location and comfort left us without regrets.

The toilet has a bright automatic light when one enters. It’s rather annoying that it goes on in the middle of the night when using the facility.
