location on the strip is perfect right in the centre, our room was upgraded and we loved the view of the highroller. loved how quiet it was from our room as well no noise from the strip or rest of hotel

resort fee's should be mentioned when you book through this website, when you book you do pay a deposit but then when you check in they get you with the resort fee's this is not under any info on hotel policy. if you havent done reserach on vegas then you might get caught out

Really good spacious rooms. Great for a family. Everything was lovely and clean. Hotels had lots of facilities including, mini market, spa, shops etc. Great casino too.

WI-FI!! The site states free Wi-Fi which it is but for only 2 devices. Anything after that is $14.99 per device per day which I think is really bad. When you have a family of 4 with multiple devices then it becomes quite expensive. I have never known a hotel to have such rules for their Wi-Fi Checkin was not great. You have to do yourself so it got quite confusing and the staff weren’t very helpful when needed.

We like our room and our view was nice. Beds were comfortable. Lots of counter space and the shower was good and the bathroom was cute. The housekeeping staff respected our privacy as we had our do not disturb sign all week but we’re kind enough to give us supplies when we asked.

I thought the customer service wasn’t great .. I stood in the long check-in line which is awful. I asked for an upgrade ( we were there to get married and thought it might be nice) I was told no complimentary upgrades. Then we get to our room and it’s 2 queens instead of the 1 king I had booked. When I call down to ask for a 1 king room I was put on hold for 20 minutes and no one came back on the line. So I called again and was told I’d have to come back down and stand in that awful line again to ask someone at the desk. Also the rewards desk closing early sucked I gambled 2 days without a card and then was told I could have got a card at the cage. It would have been nice if there was a sign at the rewards desk to tell me that.

Room size was decent. Would like to have had a coffee maker. We were short on towels and toilet paper, but they were delivered to our room promptly.

Check-in was a problem. You stand in line and finally get to a kiosk, then you find out that if you want to get the keys to the room before 4PM, then you have to pay an extra $20 plus tax. Otherwise, you have to come back at 4PM, stand in line again, and go through the procedures at the kiosk to get the keys. That is so PETTY! After a long day's travel to get there, you want to ding us another $20+ to get into the room. And apparently, everyone else felt the same way because at 4PM, the check-in line became unbelievably long. I have been to Las Vegas roughly 10 times, and this is the first time I have stayed at the Flamingo, and it will probably be my last because of the check-in. I have not experienced the extra $20+ issue anywhere else.

Check-in - you are forced to use the horrible Self-Service machines, and only when these inevitably don't work are the staff allowed to help you. It's impersonal and frankly a rude way to welcome guests, to refuse to serve them until they've spent a frustrating 5 minutes at a faceless kiosk. Customers usually have questions at check-in, so let your excellent staff deal with them rather than bark orders and annoy everyone.

The view was spectacular the bed were so comfortable the bathroom so beautiful and everything was clean. love love love

The Nostalgia, The Location, THE POOL !!!!!

The condition of the main hallways where I stayed were ok, However, as I walked around it was an accident ready to happen. The carpet all pulled up, with creases throughout the hallway on floor 20 opposite where I stayed. I was very surprised at a few other things the shower leaked every time we showered another accident ready to happen, AC was not working properly, and the ice/ vending machine was not working on the whole floor 20. WE have been coming to Vegas since 1999 and we LOVE the FLAMIGO , ESP the POOL we were very surprised at the lack of lounge chairs not for sale! PLEASE PAY ATTENTION AND GIVE THE FLAMINGO THE MUCH NEEDED TLC IT DESERVES :)

we had to queue for over an hour to check in. hardly any staff available replaced by check in machines which many struggled to use which slowed down the process. We were referred to a machine which didn’t recognise a U.K. postcode so we couldn’t use it. after an 11 hour flight and transfers this was the last thing we needed. nowhere to sit, just stand and queue! awful.

The proximity on the strip is excellent and so was the value. The Flamingo offered great room packages and upgrades.

Even though the room claimed to have been updated, the overall statement would be dated. The carpet and suite furniture needs to be replaced. The shower was nice and the bed comfortable.

I liked the location of the Flamingo hotel, which is basically in the middle of the strip. We went as a family, with 3 kids (ages 8, 10, & 12) for a sports tournament during Easter weekend. I'm giving my review based on someone who had an event to attend during the day, had kids to keep busy and also wanted some adult time. The parking situation was a little hectic, if you do self parking. It was packed upon arrival and and the top floor where we parked had no elevator, so we had to haul luggage down steps to then use an elevator. Check in took about an hour (we arrived at 4pm). We were there 4 days and 3 nights and they only serviced our room once. The room had some wear n tear like a cracked cabinet door, water damage on the ceiling in the restroom. I will say that I thought I had lost my watch and housekeeping found it and left it on the bed for me! The all ages pool was small and if you font go early it fills to capacity and the adult GO pool was much larger. There were great restaurants for all budgets all within walking distances and a nearby boardwalk with kid friendly activities. My husband gambled inside the casino and said he had a great time. Overall our stay was fun.

Parking was hectic.Housekeeping only came once, not many options for food inside the casino.
