rooms not equal. some have high ceilings and some don’t for the same price. need to know to ask

Luxurious hotel. Very clean. Great courteous staff.

My room was amazing. Hotel location could not be better as I used the Vegas loop to get to the convention centre. Check in and check out was fast and staff quite helpful and pleasant

Most food options closed most of the time . The famous food / street food section dont accept cash payments. Food quality generally dismal .wallys pizza was awful and zouk-fuhu was even worse (the Chinese duck is just super oily and tasteless) and apart from that all food and drink options at extortionate prices.

I love my stay at the Crockfords. They called me as soon as my room was ready, and the staff are pleasant. Room is clean, I love that we have our own elevators and service is immaculate. I will return to Crockfords! The casino floor is calm even when it's busy (unlike other hotel casinos). Overall, lovely hotel and I'm glad I chose to stay here! I wish I could stay longer!

I wish the Food street food court opens earlier and close later. Half of the vendors were closed pre 4th July and for the week of July 4th.

very high end. the overall feel and experience was unmatched. when you compare to any other hotel or casino, they just felt dark, old and dated. the level of detail and finishes is exceptional. the location of the property is north of the strip close to the Stratosphere (Vegas no man’s land). which could be both good or bad. I’m personally enjoyed it, because the crowds were limited. and I prefer being around less people.

the food court while was very cool. but the cost vs portions was not good. extremely expensive and they give you barely anything, it was like a appetizer size.

The beds were comfortable, building new, elevators very fast, the free coffee in the lobby, free water

booking can be more clear where to check in, not the main crockfords lobby, but the crockfords/conrad lobby-this degrades the experience. quite far from the strip if you want to visit there, especially in summer. only one person working the front desk makes for longer waits,

The mini bar prices are insane take it out of the room as if you make the mistake to look at an item for more than 30 seconds you get charged insane prices Water should be sold at reasonable prices not $ 12 a bottle

Not good as they don't have upscale breakfast options. I had to go to the Wynn for breakfast. They do have a casual dining place, but not upscale as you would expect.

As mentioned, the breakfast could have been better. Also calling rideshare is weird as they don't list that property on Uber so one must tell the driver to redirect to your location.

The room I booked couldn't be checked in at 4pm because the other party checked out at 4pm and needed 2 hours to clean the room and downgraded my room to another room.

Beautiful property and amazing location

The property did not have the bed request per my reservation. I reserved (2) queen beds and they only had king beds available upon check-in.
