Best Western Plus Casino Royale - Center Strip

We had stayed on the Strip before across the street from this hotel and paid a lot more money. I was a little apprehensive, because the ad says no resort fees and I figured they would try to throw something in his last minute. Price was exactly what I was told there were no hidden cost, other than charging $25 a night just as a deposit, but that was returned to us. I'm glad that we chose this hotel everything was wonderful. The beds for a little firm but actually comfortable, and the pillows were wonderful. I was concerned about the casino downstairs, which allows smoking, but everything was clean carpets no smoke/ foul smells in the hallway or our room. There was a mini fridge, though they said it was pretty much a cooler it kept all of our drinks ice cold. Also in the vending machine area on the first floor, they actually have a few microwaves, so if you wanted to bring food back and warm up later it's available. There actually isn't any view from the room that we were at and I don't know if there's any views to the strip from any of the rooms, but it didn't matter it was nice and quiet. If we come back we will definitely consider staying there again.

The only problem we had a couple of times was the ice machine not working, and the fact that the pop machines were messed up, could not get what we wanted to drink.

The rooms with an even number are excellent. Very clean, modern and spacious. The location is ideal right in the middle of the Strip.

Rooms with an odd number should be avoided, especially at the ground floor as they face the parking with a lot of noise (e.g., garbage removal trucks at 4 am) and shady people urinating agains the hotel and smoking who knows what.

This is our second visit to the resort, and still represented great value, for its facilities, staff and location right on the strip and close to a monorail station The bonus at this resort is the "no resort fees" and "free parking", which is a great selling point here. The facilities in the room are adequate or even great, with coffee machine and ingredients and a fridge. Not a high-rise building, but an elevator (lift, for non-US citizens, LOL) is available. A non-smoking room was appreciated. The check in staff were helpfu;l, as we had arrived slightly early, but managed to get entry to a room. The Food in the casino was just as good as last visit, with Pizza Hut Subways (not used) and the "foot long " hot dog concession. There seems to have been some subtle changes since our last visit. Would defo recommend this resort

Only 2 things messed with our heads. The Ben & Jerrys concession has been replaced with slots, and at the time of our stay, the pool had suffered a problem with deck sinkage, which had closed the pool for our duration, oh well C'est la vie

It’s a Best Western. On the strip. There’s nothing wrong with this and you should know what to expect since it’s what you’re booking! It delivers on all aspects of what a Best Western hotel and its rooms should be like, and is extreme well located on the strip. It’s close to convenient stores such as Walgreen and plenty of affordable budget restaurant. if you want to splurge, then the rest of Vegas is up for grab!

Super cheap hotel directly on the Strip. The biggest casino's are directly next door and easy to reach by foot. Rooms itself are simple and clean, beds comfortable. Even though the Strip is busy you don't hear anything in the room itself. Free parking behind the hotel, which is great.

Since this is the cheapest hotel it does attract some interesting guests. You'll find homeless people sitting directly in front of the hotel. Staff isn't friendly, but to the point and gets their job done.

The location of the hotel is very central on the strip, and still the rooms are very quiet. Room is equipped with coffee machine and free use of the refrigerator, very convenient in summer! There is also ice machine on every floor of the hotel and free use of the parking. Just outside the front door are so many places to eat and walgreens (which unfortunately we shopped a lot!). Great value for its price!

At first the smell of the smoke coming from the casino seemed to be in the room, but I just got used to it after the first night and never bothered us again. Room service sometimes was a bit inaccurate (bed not done well, toilet paper missing) but again, no big deal!

Location is fantastic and appreciate that they do not charge a daily resort fee. It is our go to hotel when staying in Vegas! Rooms and amenities, thumbs up!

The thermostat was hard to adjust. Never have had to deal with this before, but it was also colder than when we’ve been there before

We loved the location of the hotel and honestly, after visiting Vegas a few times now this is one of the best hotels on the strip, made even better by the fact that there is free hotel parking, free wifi, and no resort fees which are crippling and almost outweigh the cost of a room in Sin City now. The hotel was very spacious and came with a small place where you can store and make food and get ready as well as a fridge, very appreciated. Everywhere was clean and room amenities were plentiful and the Wifi was really good also as well as plenty of TV channels

The area of the hotel at the back of a car park was not very well lit and so better lighting as dodgy figures would hang around at night and make me feel uneasy. The casino is in desperate need of an update and maybe a ventilation system to clean the air as the constant smell of smoke and grime from local refuse was not pleasant. On arrival, a staff member was a little rude and not very friendly. The bed was also quite hard and uncomfortable making sleeping not great whilst there and had to ask for more pillows as none were left in the room (only 2 x provided for a queen room/bed). Maybe could put more use to having breakfast served also which would be of benefit but not essential. A/C also not working.

Location. No parking fees or resort fees. Casino right on site. Plenty of food places on site or close by, including Outback in hotel.

Bed was hard as a rock...like sleeping on a boxspring. Surprised because I've never had that experience here before.

Every time we make reservations - 4 times a year for 2 rooms - we request upper floor rooms. When we arrive, there are only ground floor rooms available. Why bother to offer "special request" , if you never honor our requests?
